I am trying to redeem but it won’t let me do it it keeps sending me to purchase another one for 24.99 pounds subsequently I have purchased more so I want those cancelled and to redeem the original one. This is rediculous try making it simpler. Thank-u Carmel McCawley.

Thank you for your question!

To use your credits the next time you go to purchase a deal, once you have the items in your cart that you would like to buy, choose your payment option (ie Credit Card or Pay Pal) - At this stage there will be a drop-down box next to where it says "Credits:" that says "Select Amount".

The amount you choose in this box will be automatically reduced from the amount you need to pay with your credit card/PayPal.

If the purchase price is less than or equal to the amount of credits you have available to you, you can choose to pay for the entire purchase with credits.

To do so, simply choose an amount of credits from the drop-down box that is equal to the purchase price. Then, once you are ready to order, click the green 'Buy Now' button.

We purchased a Hi tea offer for Ripples Chowder Bay Redemption Code 3UF-EFB last April and gave it to a friend for there 50th Wedding anniversary. Due to sickness of there mother(now in nursing home) they only just contacted us and asked us to make a booking. The offer has expired.
Can we possibly get an extension so they can use the voucher

My order number is 1000_1498443 and the omniparcel tracking number is NSQ0305820 and when you access this it tells me it was despatched on 11/3 but it also shows it's gone nowhere from there!
