Extremely disappointed
Made the order on the 20th of Dec, and still not able to either track the order delivery status or get any useful response from the customer service. Can’t believe that the ETA stated on the website is 27th of Dec, and after a month, the item is still not able to track and most likely it still sits at the supplier’s warehouse. Sent a few message and request a refund, but very slow reply and never got any useful update.

Very disappointing service and communication
I placed my order on 4/12/19 with an indicated delivery time before Christmas. The delivery wasn’t shipped until after Christmas and didn’t arrive until 16/1/20. None of my messages were replied to. No updates or explanations were given as to why my order was delayed. No option of a cancellation or refund. What was supposed to be a lovely Christmas gift for a family member turned into a real disappointment. A little communication could have gone a long way but the sheer lack of it is quite frankly infuriating. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

A good relationship with a site I trust
I find shopping at Deals Direct a positive experience. As will happen with on line shopping, I make mistakes like any customer. I have found the customer service excellent. I usually assess what I consider a fair response (voucher or refund? pay for return or free return? etc) . On every occasion my assessment has been accepted, and I've had a variety of vouchers, refunds, paid and unpaid returns. On occasion the site has advertised a product which hasn't lived up to the advertisement - at most I have been asked for photos before the return has been accepted. On those occasions a refund has been provided, at times the product being left with me. I've not had a bad experience yet, and have been a customer for several years.

Item returned, poor service!!!
Ordered a product and had to turn it... I got confirmation that it had arrived back at there’s warehouse but they keep telling me no just wait... Finally find my item I returned to only then wait another 3 weeks for anything to be done with returning my money. Now to make matters worse because I brought on afterpay they will only pay what is left out standing on my afterpay account so any monies I have paid already is just left for me to be out of pocket!!! As such, because you have used an installment payment method, amount owed will be refunded first and the extra will be adjusted to the amount that has been paid. On the 5th Dec I paid for a xmase tree which failed to arrive I have requested a refund more than 3 times and no response. I have been dealing with this company simce its early days with no issues now it appears they have grown and now cracks are appearing.

Never received order but payments still taken out of account
Made my order in 5th Dec. I wasn't contacted to advise of shipping so I contacted DealsDirect 18th and they advised they would contact merchant and get back to me in 5 days. No contact was made to me after that date.
I contacted Afterpay as payments were still set up. Was told payments can't be cancelled. AfterPay contacted merchant and was told they will look into it. False advertising and pisspoor service
I placed orders for a number of xmas present mid November, im still yet to receive half of it.
Ive emailed so many times, it takes over a week to recieve a reply.
I ordered 2 sets of sheets amongst other items, they were advertised on DD for a higher original price marked down. i have an issue with sheets i got. Double say were originally $89 down to $20.90 when they arrived on the back it says $49.95.
Single sheets were $69.00 down to $15.90 and on packaging its price is $39.95.
Either ive received the wrong sheets or its false advertising.

Disappointed this time
Made purchases on the 5th December, the website had a banner that says guaranteed delivery before Christmas. My estimated delivery states 8-12th December, being the metro area. Contacted deals direct a number of times to follow up but there is no progress on status till today. It stated my purchases were dispatched on 16th December but till today the tracking is not registered with the courier's company (fastway). Deals direct only responded saying the issue is currently under investigation. I made these purchases for Christmas gifts which I couldn't even give on time. They shouldn't have advertised guaranteed delivery before Christmas.Please also note their response will take few days. Order no: 30586059.

Few ups and downs.
Dont buy unless your willing to wait, customer service takes a few days to reply, no call option is annoying. some items wrong BUT refunded. Estimated shipping well off.... Overall the products i have recieved that are correct are great. Will buy from again but 2-3 months before needed.

Terrible- delivery times are a lie
Ordered a number of items in early December. Only one has been shipped to date even though the others say they were ready to be packed and dispatched over a week ago and one cancelled today. Unlikely to have pre-Christmas as needed. Never using again.

Disgusting
Delivery times on website are a joke and in no way an indication of when items will arrive. Communication is poor with generic answers being sent. Still waiting on many items which are now unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas which is dissapointing. Now seeking a full refund

Super slow delivery. No communication and no phone number.
Ordered 3rd and 4th of Dec for Christmas gift. Their web site said the items arrived there on 10th of Dec however, they haven't dispatched yet due to unknown reason. I need to go overseas with them on 28th of Dec, if they are not delivered by then, they will be useless. In addition to that, since my family will be home at the end of January, the delivery might be returned back to DealsDirect when I come back home. No email response and I can't call them since there is no phone number in their website. I will not buy anything from this horrible company.

No communication or contact!!!
Ordered an item on the 4th of December, did not receive a confirmation email that my order was successful.
Signed into my dealsdirect account and estimated delivery said between the 10-12th of December. I hadn't received my package on the 13th, so I contacted via their contact system online and they haven't answered me. Messaged again on the 16th and still no contact has been made.
I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service levels from dealsdirect. I am now one Christmas present short and I am still no closer to receiving my product than I was when I ordered it.
Very disappointed. Will never shop here again.

Deceptive
Ordered dresses on Nov 16th as Deals Direct said they would be shipped from Australia, this was the only reason I bought them as I needed one of the dresses for dec 8th expected delivery was Dec 2nd, as of today December 14th my dresses have still not been dispatched as Deals informed me after I contacted them that there was a delay with the delivery from the USA???? Disgusting customer service
Was told 13 days before Christmas that the personalised gift I had purchased had sold out. I wasn't told this when I purchased it on 26th on Nov or even on the 10th of Dec when I enquired on its whereabouts. It's not the first time this company had stuffed me around either.

Don’t bother shopping with DealsDirect, they are not as good as they used to be, their customer service is terrible, they take several days to get back to you and when they do it feels like an automated response, just like most of the replies by them here, and the tracking is virtually nonexistent- One would expect an email to say your item has been dispatched for each item, but nope only for the first item that was sent.
I ordered from DealsDirect on the 22/12/2019, and I’m STILL waiting for the two single curtains I ordered (because they don’t sell them in pairs) they were still listed as in stock until last week only to receive an email yesterday telling me my order has been updated and they won’t be sending one of them, even though I ordered them 3 weeks before it was out of stock.
@DealsDirect I see that they are back in stock today, so I suggest you supply me with what I paid for, at the ORIGINAL price I paid for them with free shipping, due to your error.
I don’t want a refund, I want the curtains because I NEED them, not one, but two.

Don’t bother trying to blame the company you’re dealing with, You send them an order and they fulfill it, you say it’s shipped from Australia but where in Australia does it take a almost a month to receive an item from Sydney, which is where your warehouses are?
If it’s shipped from the supplier the customer should be notified of where that supplier is located so they can make the choice of whether they want to wait a month for something they ordered on an Australian online store.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company that I used to enjoy shopping with since they started in 2009, I’m sad to see the decline of this once great store. I highly doubt I’ll shop there again.

The customer service ia a huge let down....
Yeah, they used to be a lot better with shipping on time, usually things would arrive early, and you were given proper tracking and quick communication if there was an issue with the order, but with my last few orders it’s been a disappointment every time.
I agree they are definitely not what they used to be. I purcased an item on the 5th Dec and it did not arrive I cancled and asked for a refund and only yesterday did I get comfirmation that the funds will be returned in 5 days from today..
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive two days ago but I know with the Christmas/Holiday period it is a bit busy. But it hasn’t even been packed or sent yet according to “My Orders” and I’m wondering when you go back to business and are packing/sending packages so that I can get mine.

Why is it that items that are shown and advertised as FREE DELIVERY on your pages, suddenly seem to attract delivery charges when “proceeding to checkout” and seeking to make payment ?
Also, the comment at bottom “Add another $ ...... of eligible items” to receive free delivery - the amounts required to be added appear to change totally at random. Appears to be classic “bait and switch“ practice.
