These guys are great. Job was done in the 3 hour time frame no mucking about. Great customer service from the man that came with a smile & a can do attitude. Great customer service from the man in the office that was straight to the point. I will definitely recommend Dial a Digger to my Friends and Family. Everybody is treated equally. Thank you to the 2 dial a digger guys that came out to complete our work. 1 was tight access as we had narrow access and 1 was a bigger machine. Both guys work together to get the job done under the quoted time which made it cheaper for us. Wasn't sure how to pay and was told we accept cash,credit card or EFT

It was a small job that the operator did within the 3 hour minimum charge, (2hrs). Therefore I was able to get additional work done with the machine that I thought I would save money and do it by hand. In the end I believe he spent 3.5 hrs getting my extra work done and still only charged the minimum rate.

Beware they will damage your property - my fence and the side of the house now requiring repairs thanks to workmanship on a job that required them to go no where near either! And they show no remorse for the damage caused. Oh and don't bother calling the SA directed company number - the guy doesn't care in the slightest. Never again!!!

Timesheet exaggerated how long they were here, didn't have the right equipment to work efficiently and mislead how long the job will take. Costs lots more than the quote. Cancelled and rescheduled twice - unreliable. Only method of payment is credit card and they conveniently charge a fee for paying by credit cards!

Works that Instructed were finished incomplete. They essentially created more mess than contributed. I will never recommend. they offered to come back and charge more money to fix the problem that they caused.

Booked in this company to dig some stump holes, told would send most experience operator, when the holes were completed some were not drilled straight and we had to get our builder to fix them, which took another day. Operator was not given the correct equipment to complete the job so it took longer than it should of. Made complaint to the head office, which were fobbed off. Would not recommend this company!
