Ive been buying from DNHP for years, great products, perfect service every time! I always used to get my Blackmores MultiVitamins from them, they were easily the cheapest on any website, but they have so many other quality brands these days, I get other supplements for my family and I love their Skin Doctors products for me too. They always arrive within a few days by Australia Post eParcel and staff are really helpful whenever Ive had questions. Thanks

There is no contact details either email or phone on their invoice. I paid for two lots of tablets and they sent one bottle only after a long time. The invoice has no contact details on it and there is no contact us tab on their web page.

They advertise out of stock products and allow payment and then don't refund the money. Still waiting after 4 months for a refund on a product that is unavailable but still on their site!

February 15th 2017 Update: Do not trust them

I never got my product, no communication. Money down the drain! Do not buy from them. Beware of similar looking sites as they change their name.

This is my worst online shopping experience. I ordered some product in May, 2015. After I transferred money, I got email from them out of stock. I bought same product from other pharmacy and wanted to cancel order. They always told me item will be sent to me once they got stock. In their website, same product is still available and on sale. I tried to call them and left voice mail, no one returned my call.
Finally I got product 4 months later. No one apologized the delay, but they asked me to give feedback. I have to say terrible shopping experience.

I wish I'd checked reviews for DNHP before ordering, as someone else mentioned they can't be contacted either by phone and don't answer emails. I cancelled my order because I hadn't received it after 10 days, yet to see if they will refund my money.

I placed an order to only find out weeks later that they didn't even have stock. Blamed Swiss vitamins for the delay!! If you order from them, maybe get backup stock locally for yourself 1st. I also emailed them several times ensuring no substitutions. Fingers crossed it's not wrong when I get it!! (I was specific about blend)

I don't mind reviewing your product, which deserves a good review, but I don't want any SPAM or any form of advertising on my e-mail account . You benefit from my positive review, I do not, so please leave it at that please and don't advertise on my site or my next review won't be so favourable

I received a product and the year date had been deliberately scratched off. So they sold me old stock. Returned it but am still waiting a month later to get my money back. They don't answer emails and fob you off when you ring. They have denied selling old stock but then can't explain how only the last two digits of the year date were deliberately scratched off and then they tried to hid it behind a fake price tag.

Completely unprofessional
