So the directions state to apply straight after a shower. I have a shower and then make sure I'm dry and then apply. Then I have a shower the next shower. I find applying every day the same day works really well

Don't like Smell if I shower how long wait and will the smell go away after showing please.

I find cos it's a gradual tan it doesn't get patchy. As long as you apply evenly.

You can use a powder brush to go over collar bones, knees and ankles to stop it going blotchy

I think using the lotion should be fine, i have scars on my legs and have had no trouble in the past.

No tan you use will stay as is when you're in salt water as the sand is grainy and will scrub it away :)

SO....you go to have a great day at a beach,,,there you are all beautiful, tanned, lookin a million bucks ...BUT if you go into the water...WTH...you lose the tan...so why the heck do it at all !!!!!!

It’s actually fine in the sea! I live by the sea and use it every other evening.. it’s like anything.. if you grab a handful of sand and rub yourself with it or roll around the sand it will invariably slough away dead skin etc... you should be fine!

Nah it will cause lines in your tan at least wait for it to be in the 'sticky' stage and even then still only wear like trackies

It takes a long time to dry, especially if you are applying a second layer. But after 8 hours, you are fine. If you've showered (which I don't recommend until 12 hr) you won't get anything anywhere

I love the tan it gives you and the fragrance is amazing when you first put it on but after it soaks in and dries it lets off a really horrible smell. But other then that I would highly recommend it

I am unsure about this one sorry. I believe it may work however i have naturally tanned skin and use that colour. So i suppose its how dark you want to be.

Shower before and exfoliate first then put dove on wait 20 mins and dress next day to use it don't exfoliate as it will take first layer off

Let the Dove settle first, then apply spf over the top.

You should check the bottle of any product to see if it has an SPF within its ingredients. Most products like this now a days have an SPF, but best to read before you buy to be sure!

For this product i believe not, however for other Dove products I can't say as i haven't used them.
From experience i have just utilized the lotion until it was finished with no problems.
