I love this lotion so much!!! I am quite pale and started off using the fair to medium tone which gave me a subtle tan but when I moved onto the medium to dark, it gave me a perfect tan within days. It's better than instant tan as it hydrates the skin and if you rush the tan one day, it won't leave embarrassing and strange tan lines that you can only get rid of by exfoliating. I love this and will never stop using it!

I actually don't really need a tan as I'm easy to get a tan. It was on special at Woolies and might as well try it as I love DOVE products. I love the smell, it's a bit weird at first but as I keep using it I'm used to it and smells good. A bit sticky at first, but in about 15 min the stickiness will go away. It took me about 5 days to notice the difference, and words of recommendation, better use it on your whole body as you don't want patchy tan (like my husband, he is white and he only wears it on his arms and legs, now his tan looks uneven.)

I use this product all the time, as long you exfoliate regularly it gives a great coverage and makes you are happy to expose your skin. Love the colour and there is never any streaks.

have been using this produt for around years now began in high school on the legs which gave them a gradual glow, was very hard to stuff it up apart from a good scrub of the hands after applying. have also used on arms and neck with great gradual results. Perfect for winter when you dont want to be too brown to give away

Best slow tanner i have ever tried! This one never streaks! Love dove! the smell is quite nice too.It is not unpleasant as many other tanning products have been for me in the past. Would very much recommend ladies!

Wondering if the formula has been changed? I have used Dove for years.....have used it three days in a row and disappointed as I don't even have a result like I used to, as I have white skin. I have always recommend Dove, but this time not too sure hence the 3⭐ Would love a reply as I have always highly recommend it to anyone because it has been so perfect for me in the past. Cheers!

I haven't Been using this for long maybe nearly a week now, I have fair skin but thought id get the medium to dark thinking it'll make me darker and for it to work quicke, it didn't really but hoping it will soon after some more applys. The smell isn't too bad but be careful when applying because sometimes streaks can appear.

The cream does give you a summer glow, but I am not to thrilled with the smell of the product, takes quite a while for the tan to build up, but when it is wearing off it's quite patchy and doesn't wear off evenly.

great even results but takes ages to dry and the scent is a bit much, but Compared to Palmers gradual tanning moisturizer which literally stinks you can't wear it. will use again.

I have been using this product for years. I have to say though it does work better in less humid weather. Its a good moisturiser but sweats off if its anyway hot. Nice and natural colour but careful application is needed to avoid streaks. Does not stain hands so easily as long as you wash well after. A good gradual tanner if you prefer not to have the surprise of one application tans.

I only use fake tan on my legs so the smell isn't so noticable. The best thing about Dove is that it gives a very even coverage without using exfoliations. It takes a few applications to get to good shade but it takes only a few minutes and dries quickly. The prices is also a bonus.

I have only just started using this product and so far so good! I love the smell personally! It applies so easily and evenly and doesn't leave that yuck greasy looked. Dried within 10 minutes! Cant wait to see the product ☺

I have used every single tan you can think of and i find myself coming back to this one.
Its so hydrating! And it doesn't patch off like normal tans.

The trick i use is putting coconut oil on my elbows, knees and nuckles, let that sink in and then use the gradual tanner on top.
Tadaahh! No orange joints ;D

Another trick i learnt was applying, let it sink in for 30 mins and re apply for a darker tan :)

This lotion does what it says. Gives a nice and steak free glow. It is very easy to apply and I never had problems with the result being blotchy. The smell is not great but it is the standard self tanner smell. I would apply this at night before bed and shower in the morning so the smell didn't bother me. You need to build the tan. At the very first application I didn't get a lot of results but after a couple of days I could see a big difference.

I used this product once and probably will never use again. I applied it and after 4+ hours of having applied it, it went an orangey color and was very uneven. It also completely stained my hands to an orange color! (Lucky I got it on special) Wouldn't pay full price for this.

I love Dove summer glow tanning lotion!!! When I'm too busy to do a fake tan the night before 99% of the time I turn to dove for a gradual tan. It looks natural and doesn't stain your clothes! I highly recommend this product for a quick and easy tan.

It is easy to apply and results to a glowing skin with a natural tan. I used to spend so much time spraying other tanning lotions but they are all no match to Dove. It's easy to apply on skin and the scent is not bad but not helping either. I have recommended it to my girl friends because it gives you that beautiful tan without looking so heavily tanned.

Brilliant coverage, so easy to apply . Great for fair skin for that sunkissed tan, not a harsh fake tan look either looks natural . Leaving skin feeling so refreshed and smooth . Smells lovely too .

Saw some good reviews on this product so thought I would give it a try. Sadly sun beds have been banned which I could comment on but will leave for another time.
The odour of this product is dreadful. I've only used it once & will not be using again.
