Dreame H11 Max

I bought a new H11 MAX it had a battery issue error come up, I tried emailing over 6 times with no reply, I managed to get them on the phone with they asked for some videos and serial number which I promptly sent, right after the call I got a reply to my email asking if this issue is resolved now, this is no coincidence, anyway it's been another 2 months since that with no reply or response again,

Bought my H11max from Harvey Norman for around $800 in Jan 2022. Loved it initially as it really helped with cleaning and keeping my floors clean. Saved a lot of time as it vacuums and mops at the same time. A few issues that I didn't really like though, ie no edge to edge cleaning (thinking maybe I should have waited as Roborock released one version with edge to edge cleaning few months after). Also there are no bumpers on edges and causes it to sometimes smash into corners obstacles as it moves by itself once it is turned on and hence need to...

My Primary reason for buying this product was I didn't want a floor steam cleaner with a cord, I thought that this would be a better product. It is NOT
Issues:
You can't clean in tight spaces(ok if you have a large open area) such as around toilets, it does not clean hard stains on floors, I had to use my scrubber to remove hard stains first.
There are no attachments to use in tight spaces, I have a Dyson cordless vacuum which has loads of attachments that you can use on carpets. I would have purchased a Dyson had they had a floor cleaner, I also misunderstood that it is not suitable for bathroom showers, or bathroom shower walls as it will only tilt in one direction,.

This H11 vacuums and mops at the same time, doesn’t use much water, floors dry quick, I have floating floor boards, cleans my lounge and rugs, love love love it.

Being a working mum with 2 kids housework really was now a chore. My floors have always been neglected when life is just too busy. Well now I can mop as I vacuum.

I Would like to have had some suggested utube links on how to use your Dreame. As at first I wast sure, or confident the first time I used my H11max.

We have a lot of the Xiaomi Dreame products in our house and have always raves about them, that’s why I wanted to invest in the H11 wet/dry vacuum.
I have to admit that I’m underwhelmed. It does what it says it does but not to the standard I thought it would. Overpriced I think for what it is.
It’s very heavy, it only has 2 modes. Auto and water clean up.
I use it daily to mop up under my sons high chair so yeah, it saves me from having to get down and scrub the floor but you wouldn’t do the whole house with it as you have to move quite slow ...

I absolutely detest mopping and ironing of all the household chores, but since having a toddler, I've decided to strip the carpets and use floorboards, due to the mess toddlers create. I also hate dirty floors.
This is exactly what I've been waiting for. It vacuums and most importantly, it mops. It does it so fast and so efficiently, yet leaves no streaks. Enjoy using this great self cleaning machine although personally founds it’s slightly too bulky and heavy when is filled with liquid. Yet my husband doesnt mind it at all.

The self clean function is innovative yet some of the accessories are fiddly and the brush holder stand can be more sturdy.

It’s an absolute time saver when it comes to cleaning the house- definitely halved my efforts and time spent to having clean floors! I love how it has been keeping the floor streak-free while having to care less about maintaining the brush due to its self-cleaning function. It’s much less noisier than the Dyson v11, which is a plus for me and my sensitive pets. So glad that I found the dreame h11 before purchasing another Dyson

I have only used my Dreame H11 a couple times but I am in love. It is so easy to use and empty out the dirty water container.
It's self propelled and makes cleaning so easy!

This is the best vacuum cleaner/floor washer I have ever used and am thrilled with the purchase.
