I do not recommend shopping here.
The first order arrived, but the product inside was not brand new and something clearly out of order. When I touched the product, I got dirt. Quality control looks bad.
I contacted the second time because I did not receive one month after ordering. Then I was told that I sent it.
I felt that I would not send it until I contacted it after ordering.
Also, I did not receive the shipping number.
Are you really shipping products?
After that, I asked for a refund because it did not arrive within a month, but I was refused.
I lost $ 450.
I have only distrust of this store.
I will not use it again.

Why does this company state on thier website that full refunds are given for items not sent?This is not true. I had a bad experience with this company. Did anyone else have this experience?

Yes terrible experience with this company. We initially ordered last December to be advised one item was not in stock. Had to sent numerous emails to get a refund which was denied and only got a store credit, minus the postage as one item was sent. Reluctantly ordered 3 more DVDs with the credit and had to pay postage again and only received one of these. Have had no explanation, no refund and no further credit. They have basically supplied a quarter of what was ordered and kept the remaining money.
I suspect dvdland organizes a lot of these fantastic!!! great!!! marvellous!!! rave reviews!!! to boost its star rating.
I wonder if you'd paid via PayPal? Could you not have received a refund due to PayPal's policy of goods 'not sent' or 'not what was ordered'? In any case, Consumer l;aws in Australia should protect you. Perhaps you could take the threat of prosecution to them, under your rights as a consumer.

I have been looking for Kolchak: The Night Stalker complete series. I see it is on here for $45+. Is this a legit website? I was going to order from a different website for, $18.00 and free shipping, and was advised it was a scam. I just want to make sure I will receive the complete series. I don't mean to offend anyone, I just don't want to get scammed. I want to get this for my husband as he has been wanting it. Thank you.

Yes this website is legit. Ordered a DVD for my son. Sent an email inquiring as to estimated delivery times and they responded.
Is DVDland legit? Suggest anyone in doubt read the one-star reviews. I just did and they reflect my experience with that company. A lot of the 5-stars are not very convincing.

Am trying to find out the estimated delivery time as I am hoping to have it before Friday.

I have never had any problems with any purchase I have made with DVDLand, but because they are so obliging and only seem to put their customers satisfaction first, I am sure they would be only to willing to replace any purchase at any time.

I have emailed twice concerning my order and not received a response. I would like to know if it is possible to cancel the 1 dvd in my order that is marked as pre-order so that the rest of my order could be shipped to me now. I would prefer not to have to wait for my entire order to be shipped in June just because of one dvd.

There is no phone number it seems of DVDLand do not *ever* give one out. It would certainly make customer queries simpler if you could speak to someone, rather than deal with mechanical emails from different people.

I'm sure they have this dvd. Just get onto the website and type in acroplias and see if it brings it up. You can also email them and I'm sure they will help you.

Actually I placed an order recently and i was then emailed a day later saying the DVD Release was placed on Pre-Order? It was the Walking Dead Series 2, and acording to the processing through the Web Site, it made me feel it was to be delivered exstock within the next few day (express post) Just a question? It a little misleading to place an order and feel it will be processed within days, cant you place a "Pre-Order" sign over the DVD Title before we order? Just a contructive thought thats all.
