Best thing I purchased for hair removal
Works just as good as a laser clinic only I can do when and where I want and as much as I like. Not only am I hairless in all the areas I made the purchase for, I use it for rejuvenation of my face and neck.
Never returned to a salon for IPL since my purchase completely satisfied with my spend

New cartridge doesnt work beware shonky after market service
New cartridge doesn't work, emails back and forth for 2 years and still can't get it to work.
Don't trust these people. You will all need to buy a new flash lamp at some point.
They won't send a replacement, and the last communication they wanted me to buy another one spend another $199 with $45.85 postage. Postage should only be standard 500g Australia postage bag about $7.95.
Complete rip off for postage and extremely unhelpful, once they've sold a machine to you for over 2k, your on your own.

worth the money, i love it
I dont understand the negative reviews, i see one person used it commercially (its not designed to be commercially used) the others perhaps havent used it correctly or work for a competitor. I only used it in the Bikini area. Its important to understand hair growth cycles, i saw results after 2 uses, 6 sessions lasted me about a year of very minimum growth with a few hairs, but the reduction was incredible.

As good as can be for the home market
I was a bit reluctant to spend this much on a device I didn't know much about. The reviews were unclear and 2 months ago (May 2017) when we purchased this, there weren't enough reviews to make a conclusion. I actually contacted E-One in Queensland directly and spoke to a very nice lady who explained everything I needed to know and in the end due to cost I went for the re-furbished yet current model. We have now used 1500 shots out of the 3000 the card is pre-loaded with and my wife who has dark but not black hair is very happy with the results....
Read more Delivery was very fast and the machine feels, looks and operates as if it was for professional use. It's rare to find a decent product these days but this seems like one that is. Due to it being a re-furbished model we only received 12 months warranty, I would be devastated if it broke down after that but so far so good.

Does what it says it will
Over the last 10 years I have lots of facial hair growin on my chin. I have waxed and plucked only for it to come back thicker. I read reviews on lots of IPL machines and how they do not work and it put me off purchasing one. The thought of shaving my face also put me off as I was worried if it did not work it would make my problem worse. After reading reading reviews on the E ONE i decided to purchase one. Read more using it. I have been using it for a month now and my face is completely hair and stubble free. I am so pleased with the results as the hair on my face was causing me a considerable amount of stress. i had noticeable stubbly thick hair and made me feel so unfeminine.This was expensive but well worth the amount of happiness it has bought me.

It really works for me!
I have it for at least 4 years. I've done my legs around 3/4 times when I bought it and never again and it hasn't grown back. But I have very dark hair and white skin.
Underarms i've done twice and not much has happened.

We rented the professinal machine for our business and it broke after just 6 month, you have to pay
Crap machine. Dodgy terms and conditions. Kiss your bond money goodbye, machine cartridge replacement every 5 weeks is a scam. And it's so slow to use too. Please read our full review on their facebook page.

The e-one was annoying to set up, but I got there.
It gets a bit tricky to use on my own and I couldn't find a skin colour chart; so I did a lot of careful testing.
I selected a test site, shaved it and only administered treatment to half of the area. The results were remarkable! The treated area had ALL of the hair falling out in just over a week or so.
This evening I have treated additional areas with greater confidence.
For those who have tanned olive skin eg. Italians, Greeks etc. This product works well and is a fraction of the pain incurred by waxing!!
Be sure to use lots of the gel and let the machine work it's magic!! ✨✨
UPDATE: Almost two months later and my hair is only now starting to grow back fine and sparse. I've been lazy so it's been well over a month since my last treatment. You need to remember I was shaving...

doesn't work, hasn't replied about refund
i had followed the instruction carefully but haven't seen any improvement for 5 months. Asked for refund early this week but they haven't replied yet.
is it just a faulty individual machine or not?

Surprised it worked.
So I'm a female and suffered from quite a prominent and severe beard on my chin which was really black. I had to shave twice a day and wear lots of makeup which u could still see the beard/bumps. Read morese of the severity. Like it was a 10/10 stubble beard. 4 weeks in and a dramatic change has occurred. I actually went out today with no makeup on! There is still a couple if hairs. But I'm talking a 90% reduction already. I zapped again yesterday. I will be honest and say I have used it on the male setting and the thickest hair option and on the highest level. I felt like it needed a full 100% attack approach. I was really sceptical in purchasing this product because there are limited reviews but I'm glad I did. I did once purchase the Silk'n Sensepil and had zero results. I am very thankful for the e-one and no dollars could replace what it has done for me and my confidence. I never thought this day would come. Can't wait to treat another area now! It actually works! Is pricey but does have an instalment option (worth every penny). Large areas will take a while but it will actually work so it's worth the time.

Fair Skin Dark Hair - No more down there!
Wow where can I start! This is incredible! Worth the investment, I got mine on sale for $1,990 which they hold 2 sales a year!

As good as professional
I am very impressed with my e one. I purchased direct through the e one website by calling up. The customer service including after service care (I called to ask a silly question after I got the e one) was the best I have had in a long time which gave me confidence in the device. Read moreach some areas. But it is manageable. The hair starts falling out in some areas after a few days and after a couple of weeks in others which is normal for me. I usually have stubble a couple of hours after shaving. With this it has been over 3 weeks and it still has not come back except the tiny areas I missed with the laser. It is cheaper and so much more convenient then salons and I have it for life. No complaints. Will have to buy a new cartridge after about 3 months but this will still put me way ahead money wise compared to going to the salon. Yes. There is some burning pain. If you set it too high you can burn your skin depending on skin type but that went away for me after 1 day. Bit like mild sunburn. Now I know not to set it so high in that area. It is no more painful than professional though. Hope this helps as I read up a lot before I bought it due to price and prefer reading reviews from real people and not from the manufacturers. It's brilliant, a life saver!
I was really nervous about purchasing this product due to the lack of reviews and the price tag. I have had thousands of dollars worth of IPL treatments at clinics due to horrible black spikey beard hairs on my chin, neck, moustache and cheeks because of a hormone problem. The treatments were effective in reducing and eliminating hairs but once I had gone through the initial intensive treatments I became complacent with touch up treatments because the results were so good and would have to start all over again because new hairs were coming thro...
Read moreugh due to my medical condition and they were worse than before (I'm talking about leaving 1-1.5 year gap between treatments). Getting appointments out of work hours was also difficult and I live in a small town with few clinics. I called and spoke to the sales people and they explained it was basically an identical treatment as what I was getting at the clinics. I purchased the machine and was able to use it straight out of the box, just watched the DVD on what to do. The sensation of the flash (and the slight burned hair smell!) was the same as at the clinic and the results have been the same. It works perfectly for me on my face. There were patches of skin on my chin which looked really rough and terrible because of all of the spikey hairs pushing through but now it's much smoother and looks normal. I've had it for about 6m and plan to use it on other body hair, just haven’t got around to it yet. I'm really glad I bought it, I know it's money well spent. It's such a relief not to have to worry about plucking/shaving/waxing constantly and doing the OCD scan of my face looking for pesky hairs constantly throughout the day.. I was very depressed about my situation and desperate to find a solution, thankfully I found one and it's not a sham!! It leaves less redness than my treatments at the clinic but is just as effective. I can do it at home. It does light and dark hair. No embarassment about doing the 'intimate' spots when I get around to it :) None really, except at a stretch- it takes a while to do large areas, the clinic machines cover a bigger area but it's not that big of a deal really.
really very efficient
I have done my first 5 treatments yet and hair is not really coming back at all. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend to anyone looking for permanent hair reduction. Best thing was to be able to stay home to do it as soon as I got 30 minutes in front of me (Which does not happen very often)!

Excellent
I've been in the beauty industry for years now and this machine gives excellent results for a home use device! You can actually do it yourself and it works very well! On a long term period, you end up spending less money then going to the beauty shop for the same treatment and same results! Very satisfied customer, very proud and glad of my purchase. I recommand it to everyone who wants to be hair free and who is not good with technologies as this one is super easy to use (it comes with a user guide very well illustrated)! Perfect for busy people who don't actually have time to waste at the beauty shop! Loving it!
