Best I’ve found!!

published

Purchased for A$5.00.

This is the best product I’ve found

published

This is great! I had a lot of stains on the tiles in my shower. Used this and gave it a quick scrub and it was all gone. Just rinse with water after.

Only this I would change is the depenceser. It releases to much product at once

Useless

Used according to instructions however nothing seemed to change in the bathroom. Ended up with odd stains around the shower screen glass that needed a lot of scrubbing to remove. Would go to other products instead of this and save your time and money.

Not for me

published

Although I truly believe that this product is really effective, I still decided to switch to my old cleaner just because of how wasteful this one is. It sprays everywhere and dispenses a lot of the solution with just one press. Maybe if the company decides to re-design the sprayer / dispenser on the canister, this would be a really good product.

White film left on glass

published

I was impressed after trying it the first time as the shower glass was so smooth and glossy feeling. The second time I used it the shower screen glass was left with a white film that I can only remove now with Gumption and a lot of work. I've changed nothing else in my bathroom cleaning so can only think that BAM caused it.

Best I've found so far!

published

I haven't been a huge fan of foam sprays for our shower screens. They never seemed to work without scrubbing and smelt. This product keeps the glass free of soap scum (so yes it works without scrubbing) but ...it sprays everywhere, out of the side, top and nozzle of the can. I end up wearing alot of it.

What a waste of money. I followed the instructions to the letter, went in later and nothing had been cleaned as promised. Went back to my usual and cleaned within minutes.

Only good for grates

published

Expensive and you'll use an entire bottle to clean your shower once. That's if the spray even works - 2 out of 3 bottles I'd purchased did not work and ended up in the bin unused. Its not effective as the ad suggests, but I did find it was good for one thing and one thing only - I have long stainless steel shower grates that are hell to clean. With the bam I was able to spray them and leave the foam for half an hr to penetrate all the little nooks and crannies that id previously had to scrub with a toothbrush. Then it was just a matter of scrubbing lightly with a large brush and rinsing off - turned what used to be a 1.5hr job into 5 minutes. Will be purchasing for this purpose only

Hopeless

published

I could not be more annoyed if I tried. We keep buying this product in the hope that the spray will work better as i like the idea of the product if it worked. The spray is HOPELESS and hard to use, ends up squirting out, i would like one of their reps to come to my house and show me how the wide foam spray works. Today is the last can I will ever buy, sorry Easy off Bam your are hard to push fizzle.....

Easiest shower cleaner ever

published

I love this stuff, I spray it on the Shower & Bath when I get up on Saturday, have my morning coffee, do a load of washing then go in and the dirty shower & bath just wipe clean, I have not had any of the issues that the negative raters have, but my ONLY negative is the price, I will only buy it when it's on special, but I buy a heap when it is.

Easy-Off Bam Foam can.

published

I rate this product 0000000.
The area to press on is too hard. My friends and I are seniors with arthritis in our hand, fingers. We don't have the strength to press
so hard. We won't be purchasing this product.

BAM Bleach and Hygiene turned RED

brown, scrubbed and scrubbed and it did not come off.
I followed instructions not to get on metals, but was not prepared for a blood red shower!!
Going back to store to get money back and if regular bleach does not remove rust colour then BAM gonna get BAMMED!!! Carson in Western Australia

Foam, what a joke.

published

I bought 3 cans at Woolies, first one didnt foam or work properly even after lengthy shaking. The other 2 cans were equally time wasting and the companies definition of "foam and coverage" must be completely different from mine. Also after all the work it was a useless cleaning product. NEVER AGAIN

Totally Worthless

published

This stuff is totally worthless. It won't clean anything. I found that plain old Sprayway Glass Cleaner is 10 times better.Found that our when I was cleaning the glass door in the shower. Save your money, Buy something else.

Foam dispenser doesn't work.

published

Bought this twice and both times the foam dispenser didn't work. Foam just built up around the nozzle and wouldn't spray outward. Had to WIPE it onto my shower screen. Just rubbish. I'll stick with Domestos. I want my money back.

I am now a believer

published

Like so many people I didn't want to buy these products as I thought it would be a waste of time and money but after my husband said to get a foam cleaner I purchased the Esay Off Bam Active Foam Soapscum & Shine, it's an orange colour can. I followed the instructions, doing 2 applications on the shower screen and was surprised to see that it worked, I will keep using this product on the screen to keep the soapscum away.

This is an OK product

published

Saw it at PaknSave and thought I might give it a go. It was cheap at around 5 NZD. I followed the instructions and sadly it didn't meet my expectations. Soap scum is still visible in our shower area though not as much but still disappointing. I might still purchase it and try to clean our shower area maybe 3 times a week and see if there's an improvement.

Absolute crap.

published

The nozzle did not work and I had to spray every square inch separately. The fun really began when I tried to rinse it off. Nothing but smears and more smears. An hour later after using glass cleaner, methylated spirits and ten buckets of water, it looked worse than when I started. After one small shower I have only a quarter of the bottle left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Bam rip off

published

Don't bother using BAM shower screen I find it expensive and does not work, also quite costly for a product that is inadequate.
I use bleach in a spray bottle spray, and leave it for 10-15 mins rinse it off, works absolutely brilliant no need no need for any scrubbing whatsoever. For any real stubborn stains I use a little Gumption which is just fabulous and has been around for many years not to mention how cheap Gumption and Bleach are.
Will not waste my money on things like this anymore.
I had to give a rating otherwise I could not post my comment........but does not deserve One Star

How do I get the foam to come out initially?
Is there a safety gizmo ?

Hi Ann, I don't recall there being a safety gizmo but I do remember it being very hard to get the foam out.... I kept swapping between finger and thumb.... my hand was painfully sore by the time id finished as I had to use two cans due to having a double shower.

Hi Anne
I think you just pushed it down from memory.
it does clog easily though you have to keep wiping it. I''ve switched back to old metho and hot water and scrubbing its easier than fiddling round with that expensive stuff

I snapped out the two tiny connecting plastic "wires" that held the button area to the outer spray housing. It was much easier to press after that, I assume it's either a crude child deterrent or a bad plastic moulding that doesn't "snap" when first used like flysprays do. I found a competing conventional trigger product much more effective and far less taxing on the hands anyway.
