I used the easy off bam oven cleaner and it got on my forearm and gave me my first chemical burn... I'm hoping it doesn't scar - but some feedback - the small corrosive logo needs to be more obvious and more importantly: the dynamics and mechanics of cleaning an oven require your full arm to be inside to thoroughly clean it... so unless your entire arm is protected these burns are so easy to occur. Either warn consumers better or use less corrosive ingredients for an oven cleaner.

We used according to instructions (including spot test) and our beautiful new bathroom tiles are now screwed. White stains all over them, cannot remove. Tell me how to fix it? RB

In my experience dark coloured tiles after cleaning do sometimes have white marks which I remove with Gumption and a light scourer, then rinse. I think it depends on what soap/body wash/shampoo you use and the residue that they leave on the tile
Jif. It's the only thing that can undo Bam's mess. It fixed mine almost perfectly. Good luck.

I want to know whose idea it was to change the nozzle on Grease and Sparkle. Love the product but now with the new nozzle, it foams up and goes everywhere. It shouldn't be allowed to be use in a kitchen area because it could contaminate food with this ridiculous nozzle. I want the simple spray nozzle back. ie if it ain't broke don't fix it!

Hi Rina, I have only used the bam grime and soap scum. Maybe if use a cream cleanser or bicarbonate and vinegar might help. Sounds strange though. Good luck.
