Works a treat!
I asked my chemist for something to clear up a fungal infection that reoccurs during the warmer months. He recommended Dermaid which contains Hydrocortisone and within 24 hours the whole area had flared up into angry dark red welts that drove me insane with burning and itch.
So I picked up a tube of Solveasy on Monday and today, Saturday the whole area is almost clear with no itch.
Ill buy it again if needed
Purchased in October 2021.

Highly Recommended
This was recommended by a pharmacist and it clears my rash within 24 hrs. I get groin rash quite frequently and have found washing/drying carefully and applying a tiny amount once a day is all that is needed.
Resolve, also made by Ego works well too but needs to be applied twice daily.
I've tried all of the over the counter remedies for jock-itch and this is now the go to.
Purchased in January 2021.

Used the whole tube exactly as directed and it did not work
Used the whole tube exactly as directed, twice daily and it did not work. Not worth the money I spent on it. I will try another brand. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Waste of money
Absolute waste of money did nothing!!! The tinea was going away with using Lamisil but from using this it has come back completely so I have wasted my money and now have to go buy original brand.

Worse than useless
Don't waste your money, did absolutely nothing, complete waste of money! Noticed zero difference, I followed the instructions as per the packaging and there was no change to the infection in any way at all.

Disappointed
I've cleaned with disinfectant, religiously dried the skin morning and night, and after 7 days the tinea between my small toes is only 50% better. They say to stop applying after 7 days as it's continues to work ...the instructions don't tell me to continue if it's not cleared..

Don't waste your money...
UPDATE>>>> Here is the final solution... nail polish toe separator worn nightly to bed. Powder feet first. Once or twice a week soak feet in chlorine solution that is a bit stronger than pool water. Athlete foot symptom free for 6 months now using this low cost chemical free method ! ! !
Tried the cream followed by the gel. Skin is now white between the toes worth deep bleeding splits. Followed all the recommendations without fail. Even wearing flip flops in winter but zero improvement from these ego creams. USELESS and I feel they actually axacerbated the condition.

Definitely doesn't work on ringworm
Read elsewhere that creams for tinea should work on ringworm too. Unfortunately I've applied this for weeks and it hasn't done anything to help. It's actually a great relief to read others here have had the same experience; I was starting to wonder if I had a nightmare case of it that I might never be rid of!

Worse than useless
I used this stuff daily for a month and often twice daily. I was very careful to dry my toes throughly after showering and to wear fresh socks. It did soothe itchiness quickly but my toes developed deep fissures that bled quite a lot and were reasonably painful. After a month, my toes were worse. I stopped using the cream and kept my feet dry as per usual. The itchiness came back but the bleeding stopped.
Finally I bathed my feet in diluted bleach for 5 minutes and that has completely killed of the tinea! The cream seemed to provide a nice moist environment that the tinea thrived in.

Not the most powerful stuff on the market.
I used this faithfully for 7 days, but it was very slow to improve. I bought the spray too so I could attack it between cream applications. After 7 days I was frustrated to be still waking up in the night with itching & stinging. It also had spread to the top of my foot :(
At the recommendation of the internet I went out and bought Lamasil - surprisingly, although it contains the same active ingredient, I feel much better after only one application!

Its ok if its small infection
First off trying it it worked good and did the trick. Not as strong as Hydrozole its much superior takes away the itch, this is how I knew it was a better product. As for Ego Solveasy did not take away the itch at all.

Excellent
While it is claimed that this product will effectively treat and eradicate tinea in 7 days, in the hot, humid and tropical conditions of a northern Australian 'Wet season', my experience has been that this treatment phase is actually doubled to 14 days for effective and total eradication to take place.
Regardless, the bottom line is that with application of the cream only once a day, eradication will, and does occur. I couldn't be happier, at last a product that gets rid of the tinea, once and for all.

Not bad
This product is pretty good. It is definately easier to use than the products that need to be applied 2-3 times a day (does anybody really do that??) and it gets rid of tinea. But for jock itch, the Lamisil Jock Itch product is a lot better. It is a gel, rather than a cream, so it is easy to apply, and it really seems to soothe the itch... and you only need to apply this once a day too.
The best product on the market for Tinea though is definately Lamisil Once. It is quite expensive, but you only need to apply the cream one time. For ...Read more
me, it is worth the extra cost as it is really easy to use. And it kills the tinea. I decided to try solv easy as it was much cheaper, but in future, I will use Lamisil Once again. Why use a product 7 times when you can use one that only needs to be put on one time. I'm happy to pay for the convenience. Easy application Still needs to be applied every day for 7 days. I prefer Lamisil OnceSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Good
It's bad enough when you have tinea, but when you have to use a product that needs to be applied 2-3 times a day, the condition becomes even more annoying! This product only has to be applied once a day (best to apply after showering) and it only takes a week to clear up tinea. In the past I've used other creams but I couldn't remember to apply it 2-3 times a day and therefore it took longer to go away. This product also works on things like ringworm, and so it's a useful addition to the family medicine cabinet. It contains the same ingredient as Lamisil, but it's about half the price!
Only have to use once a day, affordable
Nothing really
