Fantastic
I am truckie only the best will do and Engel are the best and they beat all the rest so keep on going Engel year after year only thing I say is transit bags are a bit on the expensive side compared to the fridge themselves as they are not expensive to make.

Fridge and freezer does a wonderful job. Tough as old boots and never fails.

Perfect fridge
We've experienced 45+ for the past 6 weeks in North West Queensland and it hasn't missed a beat. We researched the Waeco CFX, Evacool, ARB etc for weeks and we got the 40 l Engel for its sturdy body, freezing performance and track record with warranty and harsh conditions. It's certainly proven itself out this way. We also like the compressor design and how it doesn't matter if the fridge is not level. The Danfoss compressor can't do this. The gold and black cover also makes it look like a million bucks. Highly recommended.

What size is the anniversary model shown and what is its price?
1 answer
40 litre capacity and it cost us $1,150.00 Theres only one problem with the anniversary model…it's no longer available! If you can find one in the stores don't let it go. We've been running ours pretty much 'non stop' since Xmas 2013 and it hasn't missed a beat. Keeps food frozen solid and the digital temperature readout is spot on. Highly recommended.
