I am very pleased with this purchase. Finally amazing nights sleep after years of feeling uncomfortable and having a very sore back from sleeping on my $3000 mattress which was A waste of money. ErgoFlex is firm and very supportive. No partner disturbance which makes a massive difference. Highly recommend it and with a 30 day trial you just can’t go wrong. The customer service from Matthew was exceptional. I called on a couple of occasions to ask questions about the product before making the decision to purchase. He was very helpful and not once appeared to be pushing for a sale. He also kept in touch when I ordered the mattress protector to advise when the delivery would come as it was back ordered. *** one very happy customer *** :)

I suffer backache and since using the Ergoflex mattress I’m already enjoying a much more comfortable nights sleep. The mattress has the perfect combination of firmness and support, something I wasn’t convinced would be possible considering it arrives in a box.

I am completely delighted with the bed base it is designer ‘photo shoot’ stylish, sturdy, extremely well made, the fabric choices are endless and on trend. I am completely thrilled with the end result.

Fixed my back Pain issues in less than a week. First 3 days i could feel my back ache from it stretching into a new position. Now i have had it for a couple of months and it just gets better and better. It is hard at the start if you read those sooky peoples reviews but it does soften up and it moulds to you when it hits its temperature. I also bought the pillow and that is perfect for side sleepers! I just had spinal surgery when i bought this and it saved my life! I recommend it! 100%

This is a very comfy mattress. I find it provides good back support, it maintains its shape and I cannot feel my husband move around on the other side of the bed.
I would just note that the mattress has a smell for a couple of weeks after you unroll it; however this was expected. My husband also finds it a bit hard and hot to sleep on, but I actually like these features. Would buy it again!

Not too soft but not too firm, my partner was recovering from back surgery when we made the decision to purchase this bed as he has been suffering from a bulging disc - this mattress has definitely played a big part in his successful recovery.

Mattress is not comfortable, i dont feel like i want to stay in bed forever, i feel like i want to get out of bed quicker.

I tried the bed for 20 days and requested to return it and was thrown a returns process that indicated charges and that i should help out when pick up occurs otherwise i will incur charges?

What company tries to use its "customers" to help load the mattress upon return.

Anyway from what i can see this company doesnt understand what "FREE RETURNS" means. There should be a * next to it saying *may incur charges for free returns

My new Ergoflex mattress is amazing. It's super comfortable and has been a life changer. My insomnia has gone and so have my aches and pains. I used to wake up multiple times every night partly because I could never stay comfortable for long. Now I sleep through the night in total comfort.

I can’t say enough good things about our ergoflex mattress. My son bought one as he has had a lot of stomach surgery and the mattress met his needs . and we bought one as well. I told my daughter and sister about the mattress and how it met all our needs. They have purchased a mattress and pillows and mattress protector as we did. It has done everything that we read about the mattress on your site. We just wished we had known about this sooner.

We have an expensive bed and mattress at home, as I have spinal cord damage. We purchased the Ergoflex for our caravan because when we went away it was always a dreaded with thoughts. But we placed the mattress in the caravan and WOW!!! It’s as good as the expensive bed at home, no more dreading going away on holiday, by getting out of bed and trying to move in the morning, this is no more as the mattress is perfect! Also, when I roll over during the night, my wife didn’t bounce up and down, so she slept all night as well. So, we are both happy little campers in the morning.

Having had a warranty replacement from a competitor. Now their sagging, uncomfortable and floppy mattress is a distant memory. Our Ergoflex 5G joins the 3G we have had for a few years. . Both of these are superbly comfortable and keep their shape and look good as new always, even the 3G.

I previously owned a conventional spring based king mattress with a 10 year warranty. It gave up the ghost and sagged terribly after 3 years.

Since purchasing my Ergoflex 12 months ago, my sleep has improved dramatically. The firmness but softness and feel remains consistent night after night. It took a while for my partner to get used to it but now even she craves the luxury our Ergoflex provides.

this bed is the perfect density - not too soft, not too hard, just right.
i move around a lot in my sleep and love how this mattress sculpts to my body no mater what position i am in.
the mattress itself is of the highest quality. i've tried ecosa and koala and ergoflex is definitely the best of all three for quality, firmness and materials.

We have been very impressed with the comfortability and support this mattress has given us. Almost a year down the track and mattress still firm, perfect size and reliable for sleep.

I love the form feeling of the bed with minimal disturbance to partner when moving around. Wise are sleeping very well thanks to this mattress.
