Highly recommend FESS
My husband suffers from severe pollen allergy hayfever in summer. In combo with a mild anti histamine this is fantastic! He can now sleep and function during the day with help from FESS.
Purchased in January 2021 at Sydney Wide Chiropractic for A$12.00.

Gentle and less hurting
The spray is not as strong as another brand and gentle on little nose. My daughter is quite sensitive with the nose area so found out this one is great.

not sea water!! dosnt work.
I had nasal congestion from a side affect from Mersyndol night.....i tried FESS seawater spray. Was useless.didnt clear it.i couldnt taste any salt in it at all.after three days.i bought a bottle of sea salt.diluted some in Warm tap water..sniffed it up.and BOOM!!!! OUT IT CAME.ALL THE GUNK.first time!! Im going back to old natural remedies.stopping all chemist products eventually. And all doctors medicines as its all a BIG CON.every medicine causes the need to combat its effects with other medicines. Its never endind and down right dangerous. Max. Australia.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our product. As Care Pharmaceuticals has a long history of providing high quality products, we are always interested to receive feedback from our valued customers. ... Read more
Our FESS Seawater Nasal Spray for Sensitive Noses product is recommended for mild to moderate congestion as it provides a metered dose to the nasal region in an isotonic formulation (sodium chloride 9mg/mL). For more severe congestion, we recommend the use of our FESS Sinu-Cleanse range. This range comes in two preparations: 1. Nasal & Sinus Mist 2. Nasal & Sinus Wash. The Nasal and Sinus Mist provides a continuous mist spray to help penetrate and clear both nasal & sinus congestion. The Mist is available in two formulas: 1. FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Mist Congestion Relief 100mL (hypertonic fomulation, sodium chloride 30mg/mL) 2. FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Mist Allergy Relief 100mL (hypertonic formulation, sodium chloride 21mg/mL) The Nasal & Sinus Wash is another alternative to help clear nasal and sinus congestion and is also suitable for post-operative nasal and sinus care. The Wash is available in two formulas: 1. FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Cleansing (isotonic formulation, sodium chloride 9mg/mL) 2. FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Wash Deep Cleansing (hypertonic formulation, sodium chloride 20mg/mL) From your description, I would recommend a FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Mist or Wash product in a hypertonic formulation as the higher salt content would be more suitable for relieving moderate to severe congestion. I would be happy to send you a FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Mist Congestion Relief 100mL or a FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Wash Deep Cleansing Starter Kit (5 sachets plus squeeze bottle) for you to trial. If you would like to receive a FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Mist or Wash product please don't hesitate to contact me directly on: Email: [email protected] Phone: +61 2 9300 1907 Alternatively, if you would like me to email or phone you, please kindly provide a contact detail. Solution is great but forget the aspirator
We never had much success with the aspirator as my daughter wouldn't keep still for long enough (I also didn't feel very confident using it) but the saline worked a treat.

W-O-R-S-T Nasal Aspirator
Ok, so the saline spray works as it should but that is where the positive points end. The design of the nasal aspirator is poor and means that the pointy end is far too easily shoved up the infants nostril. One mum I shared my horrific attempted use with had a similar story. Her attempt resulted in her baby girl having a bleeding nostril.
I have used the 'Snotty Me' with ease and no harm to my baby. I now also have the battery operated version called the 'Snotty One'. The key design difference is that they don't have pointy ends - the tip is more bulbous and doesn't easily fit up an infant-sized nostril. At last - a sensible design!

not that great
I have always bought this product but it has been no good to me. It's been a battle using this product . It's not gentle n I feel that it's not shaped well. This is probably well used by adults but I don't think that this is child friendly. Maybe if it were more like an angle spray and safe to take near nose then I would be happier.I am hestitating to use this product due to its shape. For me what good I's a product when it doesn't do it's job. If it's for a child it should be easy to use for the child.

Hard to administer
The biggest problem of the Fess spray is that it doesn't spray from any angle. Your child will have to be nearly upright to administer it. This proves to be very annoying after awhile especially if your child is quite young.
It does work well in helping to relieve blocked noses though.

Smartest thing on the market for babies!
I'm not sorry to say this but all negative reviews from these mothers should be ignored. Seriously, it's a great product. I've used to suffer bad allergies & used Fess to help me before pregnancy & afterwards. Using it for my baby means no wet cotton bubs, tissue problems etc. it's safe, just salt water (some silly mother up top complained it tasted yukky, grow up! :) It's well made, doesn't feel cheap on hands, sure you have to sit your baby upright you're supposed too. If you can get someone to help you it makes it easier, but the product sho...Read more
uldn't be blamed for some mothers stupidity or babies crankiness. I will say though, I found instructions to be a bit off. What I did: Sit baby up, spray in nostrils untI you get a good spray (1 -2 sprays per side max), then squeeze air out, pop just inside the nose (not deep) then let go to fill (repeat if necessary. Some boogers put up a fight! :D I love it, can't complain baby breathing, house happy problem solved. Thanks Fess! I'm a loyal customer, keep up the great work. Healthy & safe way to unclog babies tiny noses, good value for moneySimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

The spray doesn't work and it didn't suck out anything
I tried blocking one nostril then followed the instruction and sucked on the other one. after 8 attempts and a hysterical baby, the nose is still blocked. The spray doesn't work unless you hold the baby upright and spray up. this product is hopeless. I wish I can get a refund.

Hard to use, distressing for my baby
My baby had a cold and we were finding it difficult to breastfeed with his nose being so blocked. I tried Fess little noses spray but found it difficult to spray it in my baby's nose as it was hard to get him upright and spray in his nose and he was wiggling a lot. Then I tried to use the aspirator as per the instructions on the box and found it to be a really horrible experience as my baby was so upset by lying down and having the aspirator at the entrance to his nose and trying to hold the other nostril shut. I feel like I did not have eno...Read more
ugh hands to manage all that as well as trying to keep my baby calm. When I did manage to use the aspirator it did not seem to help at all. I then tried the spray up my own nose and found the taste to be yucky. I will not be using Fess again, and have since found a cheaper brand which is much easier to spray up my baby's nose. Hard to get spray up baby's nose and the aspirator was hard to use, and did not help unblock my baby's nose.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Fantastic Product
My 2 month old was diagnosed with having a completely blocked nose (i.e she was unable to breath out of the nose at all!). The seventh doctor we saw after trying many different things recommended this product and we have been ever so grateful! It is easy to administer, and although the child feels very uncomfortable when you are administering and using the aspirator the results thereafter are amazing. My daughters nose cleared up pretty much straight away, but due to her allergies we have to continue to use the product which I am happy to do...Read more
given the results. It is worth buying two though because I found that when you have littles ones you tend to forget about cleaning the aspirator before the next use, so I was for a short time having to quickly clean it while my infant was crying and upset, whereas with two you always have a spare clean one. Reliable, inexpensive ($11.95), it works1 comment
It does work but doesn't spray all the time. Very annoying.

Does the job
Was recommended to get this by our GP for our 9 week old who has a cold. She had a blocked nose and the Dr recommended to get this mainly for the saline spray to help moisten any blockages and then to try and get her to sneeze (using a tissue) rather than rely on the aspirator or "brain sucker" as we have named it.
The saline spray is good, doesn't spray perfectly all the time, which can be annoying as it's stressful enough trying to administer this to a baby that is unwell.
The aspirator works 50/50 - sometimes it helps bring out the mucou...Read more

Care P.FESS
Dear Holiday01, thank you for your enquiry regarding our FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray product.
The FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray product can be used whilst baby is lying down or sitting up.
When administered at an angled position for use whilst baby is lying down, once the volume of the product in the dip tube is dispensed, the pump will not deliver any more product. Please return the container to the upright position and reprime by pumping the spray once or twice, and then continue to use again at an angled position.
Please note that the FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray products are overfilled approx. 1mL to ensure that customer are able to spray 15mL of the product.
