This is the closest model oven to the F&P I previously owned which was a double oven.
Great value for money. Reliable. In 15 years of owning my oven the only thing that needed replacing was the oven light. The touch buttons wear down to expose the actual button beneath (it looks ugly but at least it still works so you can't complain). Mine still works and was only replaced because I got a new oven as a present.

Overall we've been really happy with it. It was in this house when we moved in. I've read some lousy things about F&P products, but I have found this oven to be great, as my Mum has found with her slightly older model.
Looks good, electronic "Beep" to let you know when it's reached correct temperature, constant read out of temp on display as it heats up, reasonably quiet operation (by comparison to some older fan-forced models. No knobs to clean.

i had the oven for about 10 years, it has been working very well and just recently have trouble with the bake heating ( warm but cant get to the required temp ). checked top element which is working when start Grill, but the top element was not working when start Bake which the top element was supposed to work. the lower element gets warm when Bake.
would be great if anyone can tell what is wrong? too old to replace?

My older version (I found it there 5 yrs ago when I moved in) is working now unpredictable. I set time and without using it over night next day is almost dead. Only a dot is flip flopping showing that the current is still on. At this stage doesn't let me setting the time again. After 12 hrs about the time can be set again and can be used normally. What could be wrong with it? Does it have a back up battery inside? If yes, how to replace it?

Sorry, I have no idea. I never had a problem with mine. Ring F&P service centre or get a technician out. I now have a Bosch oven (lucky me considering my F&P oven still worked)! Good luck.
