Disgusting water
Frantelle water tastes worse than tap water. It's awful. It is a waste of money entirely and I will never buy it again. Not even if there were no other options. Drink out of the hose.
If I could get water out, i could taste it
The 15L Frantelle Great Adventurer is a complete misnomer. You need specialised equipment to open the damn thing or "pierce here". My thirsty butt.

Water good but caps terrible
I do not find any fault with your frantelle water but the 600 ml " perfect traveller" bottles I do have a problem with. The cap is so hard to twist to open.....nearly squash the bottle trying to undo it. Very hard for arthritic hands.
Soapy tasting
I recently bought a 10ltr of your water and yes it does look clean and fresh but it had a bad soapy tast to it as if someone had washed an old bottle out and filled it with tap water to resell. I'm sure your company wouldn't be reusing washed containers but I can't put it any other way it just tasted soapy.

Tastes like tap water
It could potentially be filtered, as it doesn't taste as heavy (group 1 and 2 minerals in solution), but the 'perfect serve' crap tastes like it was bottled from a tap!
Don't buy it under any circumstances!

Disgusting Water
Have been buying Frantelle Spring Water for the last year as our regular drinking water. We all noticed a sudden weird salty taste, extreme thirst and burning red lips. I don't know what they started adding to the water but whatever it is its not good. WARNING stay away from this chemical filled water!!!

The worst bottle ever!
I am so annoyed with your 10L water bottle. The nozzle where the water is suppose to come out hardly works at all. It's so hard to get water out. I seriously suggest you change the nozzle on it as I'm sick of trying to cut into the bottle to get the water out. This is on EVERY bottle I have purchased!
Best water I've tasted
Frantelle tastes better than any other water. We have tried lots of differemt water, and this is our favourite. Fresh water, no chemical taste or after taste, is easy to open. We are glad it's Australian owned. Mount Franklin has such a horrible aftertaste and is owned by coca cola (America).
Great Water
I don't understand these negative comments, Frantelle water tastes great. I tried Mount Franklin and it left me feeling really sick in my stomach. Went back to frantelle and have been fine since. No "Chemical" taste whatsoever.
This water tastes pretty dangerous to me.
I bought the 10 lL 'happy camper' pack this week. The water drizzles out so slowly I had to open the cap- bypassing the purpose of the pack. More importantly, when you get down to the 3 l mark a very strong- VERY STRONG taste of chemicals and plastics permeates the water. I actually am going to take this back to coles and have them drink some so they can judge for themselves- I think a recall is in order- it's that bad! In the past I have had trouble with this company- the lids leak when you store them on their side (on the smaller 3L bottles) also. I have been avoiding this brand when possible.
Not as good as others.
This isn't very good, doesn't taste nearly as good as most colas or juices, or milk drinks, or really anything. Decent price for water and taste ok compared to other waters, but compared to other drinks it's far worse. If you are thinking of buying this water consider a nice Coca-Cola® branded beverage instead.

AWFUL!!!
Tastes awful. Would like to see an analysis of it. States it is Australian spring water but that doesn't really mean anything. Where is the spring located? In highly fracked areas by the taste of it!!!
taste chemical when boiled
never will buy again as when you boiled it for your cuppa tea taste like swimming pool water what are there people thinking .

10 litres of The Happy Camper - tastes disgusting
What the heck is the strong chemical taste. Brand new bottle, never purchased this brand before and won't buy again. Tastes like turpentine.
Nice & not hard to open at all.
Wow, I can't understand the negative comments. What is so hard about opening, unless you have a crippled hand? Taste is way better than the Coles or Woolworths brand.

How hard can you make it?!
Bought a pack of Frantelle 'The Active One' 6 x 750ml bottles.
I pride myself on being reasonably intelligent and certainly up for a challenge but ... opening these bottles? You have to be joking! Having taken to the stopper flip up lid thing with a knife to force it open the water does taste fine but I will never buy again due to the difficulty I had in opening the lid/s!
Frantelle? More like, Can't-tell
This doesn't taste fresh. Or pure. They claim they are the "perfect traveller" but I bet because it travelled to so many places it tastes like garbage in the end.
Bad water. Wouldn't buy it again.
Wont buy again!
These bottle are impossible to open, not a nice taste either.
Will spend the extra $$ to get water that I can actually open and be satisfied with.

Horrible
This water tastes disgusting. Took it camping with us, thought I'd picked up a bug. Until I opened another bottle tonight since we've got home and got an upset belly again. Not sure if I got a bad batch or not but every time i take a mouthful i have to run to the toilet. I don't write reviews, but since it happened again tonight i thought I'd google it. So i won't be drinking this again.

So is there going to be an improvement on the opening of the screw tops ?
Surely the quality control would have noticed that before the product went on the market .
