Cancun Dining table so disappointed
Freedom advertise this table for everyday entertaining, but don’t spill anything on it. The table is not sealed so any spill will leave a stain. Freedom customer service was nonexistent

Was just about to purchase the Cancun table from Freedom - but after reading some of the reviews (thank gosh) I will be shopping somewhere else for a dining table. Must say not good customer service.

Imagine a review of the Freedom Cancun bed
I have already left a review but my husband is so disappointed that he too has written a review ......
Imagine your excitement when your new Freedom Cancun bed arrived. Good looking and comfortable...
Then imagine your surprise when, in the dark of night, a loud "crack" wakes you and suddenly you're falling... "thud", you've hit the floor like a sack of spuds. Now your heart is racing a million miles an hour... What just happened?
Imagine fumbling around on the floor and finding a light... then you discover that the wooden slat reinforcing the bed frame has broken, snapped in half.
That break, you discover, is right on a knot in the wood... an obvious weak point.

Cancun dining table colour loss
Quite disappointed with the Cancun dining table. After very minimal use and protecting the timber with the recommended Freedom Indoor Timber cleaning products, it has gone from a white wash to a yellow.
Customer care offered no resolution as was “out of warranty “ by just a few months.
Would not recommend this product.
Purchased in March 2017.

Freedom Cancun table faults
The table is not even 2 weeks old and you can’t even wipe it with out it marking the table. Also all the white comes away with the cloth with just water to clean it. Very disappointed with the whole experience with freedom.

Constantly stains
Purchased Cancun furniture from Freedom for the lounge and dinning room. NEVER AGAIN. We have had this for 9 days and already have stains. Because it is not sealed water, tea, food, even a hat left on the tv unit by my father inlaw leaves marks. We are now eating at the coffee table which is covered with a plastic tablecloth while we wait for glass. This was not a cost we expected. I would NOT recommend this. It is not family friendly or suitable for everyday use.

Colour fades just after 3 months!
We purchase the CANCUN QB Bed Frame from Freedom Albany, NZ, delivered December 2017. First we made a complaint at Freedom Albany about the frame as it is bigger than a standard QB mattress purchased in NZ (see previous Review). Freedom did not came back to solve or support the matter. At the end we fixed it on our own! Its not good at all but what to do.... Now we experience that the colour fades where the pillows come in contact with the frame! See photo! Seems there is no coating to protect the colour. Similar issue when removing a stain from dining table. If you just wash carefully with a damp cloth, you will remove as well the white colour! Never had such low quality furniture and we are really careful with our furniture!

I was at Freedom Jindalee yesterday and viewed the Cancun furniture. The table is second rate and has what looks like nails coming through the top and discoloured. Last year the laminate was peeling off the Cancun table on display. Though we love the look of it we won't buy it.
Why are you displaying and selling second rate furniture?
Walk the other way. I found a good shop in Newstead called Style My Home - have a look at their website to see what interests you, it's Hamptons inspired! We've recently bought their entertainment unit and it's made using real wood.

How do i get grease out of my Cancun dining table
What is the best way to remove a wine stainfrom a Cancun Dining table ?
Maybe try a light spray application of Exit Mould to the mark. Leave it on for a minute or two to penetrate. Sponge it off with a white cloth rinsed in warm water. Don’t rub or agitate as it could spread the stain.

Freedom are useless in rectifying any issues with the Cancun furniture range.
I don't think you can. Get as much out as you can and use touch up paint. We ended up with glass on everything now we don't have to worry
