I have had type A influenza with bronchial asthma and I'm still recovering. Was on strong antibiotics, prednidolone and nebuliser for last 3 weeks. Just finished taking medications but I feel exhausted to do menial jobs and not much energy. Would like to try Astra tonic liquid to boost immune system and energy levels is this the best available for my symptoms. Also are there any side effects?
Hey I was just wondering can and should I take the tonic while I am sick with a cold/flu?I know it helps prevent but does it help get rid of the infection?

Hi, I have been sick with what the Drs think is bronchitis, which has lasted for a period of 6 weeks now, and after completing 3 lots of antibotics. I now feel that I have no energy to do anything. I have been reading the re orts from people using Astra 8. Does this product have any interaction with a tablet called Exfor-Xr at all? I am on this for panic attacks. Hi Fusion Health! I have just bought some liquid Astra 8 immune tonic for my 4-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl, in a bid to boost their immune system over the coming winter season.
Can I ask the following questions?
Dosage: if it is for maintenance (they are currently well) what would you suggest their daily does be in mls, and would that be once or twice daily? Also, is it preferable to take it in the morning or evening?

Ive just been recommended astra 8 immune tonic. I have the tablet form. Can these be swallowed with water or do they need to be crushed up?

Hi Gitanjali. The Fusion Astra 8 Immune Tonic may be taken long term in lower dose 1-2 tablets daily or 5 ml daily. Avoid during any acute infection or if fever is present. There are no known side effects if taken long term.
Will this help with auto immune conditions? Or better of with an inner health plus tablet.

I started taking Astra 8 immune tonic 5 days ago. It has really helped me feel well and boosted my immunity. I couldn't shake off the fatigue from a bout of flu. However I have broken out in loads of little pimples on my chin and forehead. Is it related to taking these pills? I thought maybe they affected your hormones?
