Does the tonic cause mild diahorrea?
1 answer
I'm fairly sure it did for me. It did help my coughing and wheezing gurgling symptoms very well, but the diahorrea seemed related as I tried going on and off the tonic and the diarrhoea came and went accordingly.

I have recently had pneumonia (also had it last year). I had an X-ray and it was found I have ground glass opacity In right lower case. I need to have a CT scan for further diagnosis. I went to a Go Vita store and saw a naturopath who suggested cough lung tonic. I do not have a cough. I wanted something to strengthen or support my lungs. Reading the reviews I’m not sure this product is the right one. It’s an expensive product for a pensioner. Should I continue to take the product? Ross Courtney

Can you take this product while taking predneson?

It is always wise to consult your doctor if you are being treated for a serious ailment, to see if there is direct evidence of a conflict between an off the shelf health supplement and prescribed medicine. My understanding is that many doctors have given very little consideration to health supplements, and there may be some justification for searching on the internet for recorded incompatibilities between prescribed medicines, and the individual ingredients, as well as trying to find a practitioner who is trained in both western medicine and other traditions. Always ask for evidence of the success rate for treatments offered by any practitioner, especially if the medicine is prescribed for symptomatic relief. My own experience with Fusion Health Cough Lung Tonic was that I was prescribed an steroid inhaler, with the advice that I may be at the early stages of COPD, a chronic lung disease that tends to get worse over time and may lead to emphysema and other very serious diseases. My symptoms have not returned. I have checked on Web MD.com and other sites and depending on the nature of your problem, consciously improving your breathing by losing weight, increasing exercise compatible with your condition, you may delay the onset of a further decline in lung health. As I know nothing of your condition, I am not a health practitioner, any advice included in the above statement is of a general nature, and I cannot give any advice about your particular condition other than to seek professional advice from practitioners who are aware of the details of your condition. It would be extremely unwise to cease taking your medication without a positive say so from someone who has studied your condition with scientific criteria.

I had COPD for 9 years. My first symptoms were dry cough, chest tightness and shortness of breath. My first chest x-ray only showed bronchitis. Finally I went to a pulmonologist and was diagnosed with COPD.i have used all the medication yet they don’t work, last year December I was told by a formal emphysema patient to use https://totalcureherbalfou5.wixsite.com/herbal/contact herbal treatment which I really did,i was surprise the herbal products effectively get rid of my COPD totally. When you get where you cannot breathe it may be too late. Good luck to each and every one that will be trying their herbal treatment .
Which herbal product you did use please ?

I have tried this product. A mate of mine recommended a new product that also has similar effects. It's called Dr Nature. Can someone tell me the difference between the two? And which is better?

Hi,
Which would be better to take? Tablets or liquid? In terms of efficacy. Thanks!

fusion h.Fusion Health
Hi Steven. Both tablets and the liquid Cough Lung Tonic are very effective. The difference may be in the actual absorption rate, which would be faster with the liquid formula. Feel free to contact us directly should you have any further questions.
Sorry I am not a doctor or nurse so I cannot help you.
Hi Steven,
I would without doubt have to say the liquid. I only took about three doses and I felt absolutely remarkable afterwards. Bear in mind I hardly ever get sick but that particular cough and upper respiratory tract infection was so bad I was hospitalised for it for a couple of days. I wouldn't use any other cough mixture now after having used this outstanding product.

Hi Margaret. Thank you for your comment. You can either swallow the tablets or if you have trouble swallowing them you can crush them and mix in food or honey, alternatively you can dissolve them in water and drink it. We do have a liquid version of the Cough lung tonic as well.

Hi, i received the CLT from a friend who swears by it. She suffers from acute asthma and have not been needing to be rushed to the ER for a while now. My son experience runny nose and cough every now and then and have had several asthma attacks as well hence recommended to try this. He's 7yo. My question is on the 3rd ingredient- pinellia ternata. Mentioned in webmd that the ingredient is banned in the US for the side effects it may cause (i.e. Stroke and heart attack). Can you enlighten me with your research of this ingredient? Thank you.

fusion h.Fusion Health
Hi Liza.Thank you for contacting us. You requested information on the use and safety of the herb Pinellia ternata as you read on WebMD that it ‘may cause stroke and heart attack’. We regularly conduct independent research on ingredients in our formulas and, this herb, with the extraction method used and the potency in this formula, we are confident in the safety of Pinellia in the Cough Lung Tonic product.

Best time to take it empty stomach with food?
2 answers
I am sure it doesn't matter - I think we have done both with no ill effects. There are no specific instructions on the dosage directions for empty stomach vs with food.
fusion h.Fusion Health
Hi Ansul. You can take the Cough Lung Tonic with or without food. It will not affect the efficacy of the formula. If you have a sensitive stomach you may want to take it after meals.
Gailasked
Will this help with COPD?
2 answers
Hi Gail, I am not sure whether it would help with COPD. However, being a natural product, I am sure it would do no harm in trying. In our experience, it has acted to strengthen and improve lung health in our son who was particularly susceptible to any respiratory virus he got. It may help to strengthen your lung health and assist with symptom relief.
fusion h.Fusion Health
Hi Gail, Fusion Health Cough Lung Tonic helps to maintain healthy lung function which may be beneficial for someone with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Most of the herbs provide ant-infective actions which minimises respiratory infections that can occur in congested lungs, commonly seen in COPD. It also provides soothing and anti-inflammatory actions which helps to relieve the discomfort associated with coughing.
