I take it two tablets a day everyday as I have symptoms such as hair loss etc. During the periods, I take 4 tablets daily (spread throughout the day) if they are painful. They really helped me with my irritable, moody symptoms etc

Hi, I never experienced delays with this. It came every 28 days on the dot when I take it regularly. How long have you been taking it for?

I bought this product about a week ago with a few other products to manage acne (and if it helps with some premenstrual symptoms I'm happy with that too). I was wondering how the supplements actually work; I'm studying nursing and learning all about medications and their mechanism of action in the body and how that produces a clinical effect. Which body processes do these act on? Feel free to use medical jargon.

Hi Masha. The Women's balance formula may be used for as long as you are experiencing symptoms. You will not get dependent on the product. Ideally it would be best to work on the underlying causes of your symptoms with a holistic practitioner. You can contact us directly should you need further information about the formula.
