Gel Bae Poly Gel

Gel bae is absolutely rubbish! The tubes I received burst open and there was sticky product on my furniture. I emailed customer service and a person named Aubrey was the worst customer rep! I asked for a refund because the product was damaged, didn’t work properly and messed up my personal items too, but it was not in their policy to refund the money or return the faulty products because of hygiene - excuses!

They sent me a replacement and the exact same thing happens again! I emailed them again and followed up but they are not replying or ref...

Yes this product is sticky and the first set took quite a while but with practice and using acetone nail polish remover to dip the brush in the product became 100% easier to use.

To have a gel manicure professionally done is around $80-$120 so even after one application I made my money back.

I think you need to have a bit of skill and patience to use any at-home gel kits so it’s not that bad. I did have two colours in the wrong tubes also just an FYI.

So basically it was as good as I expected for $89 and if you’re quick to anger maybe try nail polish instead.

I recently purchased a gel bae Poly gel kit, it was very sticky to the point "their non slip"solution didn't event work to make it less sticky their mini UV light does not cure the nail properly, horrible quality really.

Product arrived damaged with top coat and base leaking. Polygel packaging Spit and Product spilled and the colour/ consistency is not as advertised. Not impressed at all and wouldn't recommend at all!

Absolute complete and utter rubbish. Do not waste your money or stress yourself out. Customer service does not exist and assistance is non existent. Very disappointing, postage takes an incredibly long time and products arrive leaking and damaged.

I ordered this 2 weeks ago, I had read these reviews after I submitted my order, which made me doubt my decision to order from this company. After hearing nothing for 3 days I decided to email them asking about my order, they advised me of the current delays - which I was aware of their delays as stated on there website. After I had received responce to my emails I was no longer in doubt about them. I received my order after 11 days and I am yet to use the product but the reviews about them not emailing and their customer service was terrible is not true, they stayed in communication with me and even advised me that my order had been delivered

Great value for money, the poly gel tubes last forever. Amazing customer service and fast shipping. My first few sets only lasted a few days-a week because there were a few I didn’t apply correctly but they’ll last longer with practice.

I’m still new to polygel but did a lot of online research before applying, so I know it’s all about the nail prep.
For the people leaving poor reviews, I just don’t get it. Have they dehydrated their nails first and applied a base coat?
I’m a terrible nail biter and picker- if there is any lifting or any lumps or bumps, I’ll find a way to pick the nails off. This gel is great and leaves a smooth, professional finish if you use dual forms.
Yes it’s sticky, but just have your brush and bowl of isopropyl alcohol to smooth it out and it works great...

You try to leave a bad review on there website under the poly gel kits but they never publish them! Do not fall for there 5 star reviews, as they never publish any bad ones! This company is horrible to deal with, the product is crap! I have also tried reporting them to the ACCC but they do nothing!

Not happy with product. Not as promised. Product too sticky, and spoke with support abs they said to try warming the product. Made it more sticky. Extremely unhappy and want a refund. I spent a lot of money on a kit and different colours, I wish I checked product review before buying.when I did manage to do the gel on my left hand, lasted less than 24 hours and the colours are not as dhorn

The end result is ok-ish, but it's soooo hard to use. The gel is way too sticky and the slip solution doesn't work at all. The brush starts to come apart (where the strands come out and get stuck in the gel).

They last no where near as long as professionally done nails (start to peal/lift within 5 days).

The colours are also not at all what they appear (I painted over them each time).

I also think it's completely useless if you're trying to make them longer than your current nails. The gel bulges out under the nail, so you then have to use...

When the items took much longer to arrive than promised (clearly coming from China to Australia) I complained and was given several stories about how they couldn’t possibly cancel and refund my order. They then said they would refund shipping, which they didn’t. I sent 9 (!!!) emails requesting the order be cancelled as the misleading shipping time meant the product didn’t arrive in time and was ignored or flat out lied to each time. Never again.

Wish I had read all the reviews before buying. The colours weren’t a match to what was advertised at all. Followed printed instructions as well as video. The gel is way too sticky and the slip solution didn’t help at all. Nothing worked I’ve used gel nail products before but this was really unworkable. Was very good excited to try but left disappointed. The order was not dispatched Omar arrived more than 10 days after I ordered was not worth the wait. Purchase 23/3 arrived 8/4 I hope I hear back and get my refund. A sticky mess

My first application took about 4 hour's & the end result was a mess, my second time I had learned more about the product's & how to use them correctly & what worked best for me. I have been using for about a year now & I improve everytime still. People mistake them for professionally done nails now.
Shipping was also fast which was unexpected, I thought it would be coming from China & arrive month's later but it was within a week to Australia

I bought this last year and I only got a chance to use it just then. Imagine, it didn't dry at all despite not using it for quite some time. I was skeptical first but it arrived 2 weeks after buying it. My first attempt wasn't so bad but ofcourse it takes time to master it. Will definitely order more polish.
