I have a caravan toilet tank and it has a hard crystallized coating sides and bottom. How much dilution or if any do I need to do?

If it's crystalised already, I suggest not to dilute it but make sure to keep an eye on it. Dilution is suggested if its for maintenance cleaning. Also, make sure that there's enough ventilation when using!

If the hard water stains are caused by calcium, should do the trick (I haven't met something it hadn't dissolved)! Just be sure to read the instructions on the kinds of surfaces you can use it on.

You can also try and disguise with stainless steel wipes if they are silver colour. Or wipe over with metho and grab a microfiber and polish it
