I ordered a bag on Friday afternoon. Spoke to Kath to ensure it would be delivered before the following Friday- it arrived Monday morning at 9am!!!! and the bag is perfect. Lovely people to do business with - I just wish I had the need to purchase other stuff!!

Ordered online over the weekend, received order Tuesday afternoon. Everything was there and great. Very happy will definitely order through them again.

We could not source the shrunks travel bed anywhere else within Australia.
Fast response when asked a question and express delivery

Ordered twice from this company (end of 2016 then dec 2017) and both times had quick delivery of items, couldn't fault the service.

I had been chasing a lunch bag to fit an unusually large bento box container for my daughter's school lunches. After having no luck at several stores (in person and online) I contacted this company and they investigated their product range and found one that was not only suitable but really pretty too. They were prompt in their email replies and they posted the product very quickly. I highly recommend them. It's nice to deal with this level of professionalism and to receive friendly customer service.

This company are using Toll for Australian deliveries. The website should state Toll do not deliver to PO Boxes. So, my package went all over the country. I asked for a delivery address different to my home address. This also seemed to cause problems. It took over a week for anyone to answer my phone message when I was chasing the non arrival of my goods. It would be good to be able to choose the delivery method e.g. Toll or Australia Post for example.

Placed an order in January, no delivery. Sent emails which still remain unanswered and tried to ring? Cancelled the order officially and contacted my bank. DO NOT order from this company.

Not happy :( still waiting for my order after two months, asked for a refund and No one is answering my emails or phone calls. Would appreciate some honesty and good customer service please.

for all the negative customers i ordered a week ago and received the order less then 24 hours later from the time i placed the order. I couldn't expect anything better! there was also a coloring in for my little one with which she was delighted! I cant recommend them enough, to the busy mum that doesn't have the time to shop out of hours

Having today been contacted directly by H&S they have explained some difficult circumstances which resulted in my lost order (placed just after Christmas). I wish them well and am more than happy to proceed with my order and if all goes to plan will order products from them again in the future. Thank you to Haggus and Stookles for getting in touch.

Bought from the website and haven't received anything for a month now. I emailed a couple of times without any reply and when I called them it was always busy. Scam website...

Terrible people, have fantastic website and they never send your order. I ordered on 31st Jan 2017 and they don't answer phones or emails. Crooks, thieves, scammers. Currently trying to get money back through bank. Nasty nasty company. Shame on you.

I bought something 2 weeks ago, paid for it, waited and waited with no confirmation, I emailed them to refund as it's taking way too long, I called them, someone picked up and said, that's fine they will refund me. I haven't seen anything go into my account yet and it's been a week and half and for some reason their landline phone is disconnected or always engaged like the number doesn't even exist.

Ordered multiple items and never received them. From their Facebook, multiple people have had the same problem, then the company just delete negative posts instead of addressing them. Attempted multiple contacts but no reply despite visible activity on their Facebook. Have not been able to get a refund and am still attempting to chase them.

February 2nd 2016 Update: Scammer!

Takes payment for items then never sends them. Took WEEKS to get hold of them, they promised a refund but never provided one and won't return any form of contact. I have reported them to fair trade, avoid these con artists!!

I have emailed you on two occasions now and have not received a response. Very disappointed that ignored my initial request to add on to my order - even a reply saying that it was not possible would have been appreciated.
You then shipped an alternate product without contacting me first and ignored my complaint about that.
Nice products but next time I will shop with a company that doesn't ignore their customers.
