I’m 46 and have been taking HH powder for three weeks now and the change in my moods has been incredible. I’ve been taking HH powder & capsules for a about 3 years. I take it mainly to help my menopausal hormones and hot flushes. At first I thought it wasn’t helping me so didn’t take it for a couple of weeks. I soon realised the massive difference it was making in my life.
