Poor customer service in rectifying an overcharge
BroadwayIn the last month (at broadway) I've been overcharged on two separate occasions. I have had the inconvenience of having to go back to the store on one occasion to seek a refund of their mistake (and the other time i was still in the store). Not only was i treated with suspicion but also disgruntledness at having to re-do the transaction. This was topped off with no apology what so ever for their mistake. When I complained to their storemanager, even he didnt really apologise for their lack of customer service. I've sinced written to customer service and again no reply. Harris Farm Markets, you are letting your customers down on customer service.
