I tried the free trial, found I wasn't using it as much as we thought we would so cancelled the service and didn't think much more of it until I saw a charge for it on my statements. Total scam, avoid this service, even their "free" trial.

I signed up to Hayu to watch a particular series & once that finished I didn't see anything else I wanted to watch so I'm now trying to cancel my subscription. I cannot figure out how to do that & every time I go the help section they just keep sending me in circles. It says to go to My Account & click on "Subscription" but there is no "Subscription" option! When you go the section to message them it tells you to click on the button if not directed there but there is no button to click on! It looks like I will just have to cancel my credit card. So frustrating!

This App NEVER works ! I have not been able to get through one single episode without it glitching every few minutes. The Audio and talking does not match up. It’s WAAAAYYYY out . It also repeats sentences . This doesn’t happen on any other streaming device that I have . Get with the times, and sort the errors out !! Like seriously

Had to cancel by blocking Paypal auto deduct as I couldn't even access the website at all. I still can't load Hayu 3 months later. I get a standard reference to cookies, but there were no changes to any settings. Why cant other platforms provide access to these shows?

I Have it only to watch 10 seasons of RHOBH, their content is good, they have the shows. However the app itself is frustrating, not user friendly or efficient. Still after watching nothing but one show the past 6 months, every single time I open the app it refuses to take me to the show I want. Have to trawl through all other shows it tries to entice you with, to find mine then try recall which episode I’m on. Very time consuming. I may cancel once I’m finished the series it’s that annoying- Could be so much better!!

Worst app ever. Nothing works. Admin and accounts side also a mess. I’ve now cancelled yet still had money taken out randomly. Get out of my life. Why am I paying trash to watch... trash. Happily it has made me re-evaluate my life and I realise Netflix, iView and YouTube have everything I need. Goodbye insufferable fools.

I never write reviews but I'm so sick of how the app buffers on my phone and computer, my internet is fast but I have to refresh the page 10 times while the screen is buffering white and grey, then once it has finally loaded you click on the show you like and it does the same thing and then says it's not available. PLEASE! update your website and app, it's 2020. I'm now looking for other steaming services, I'm so frustrated.

It is absolutely crap you can not watch where you last left off you have start at the first episode and fast forward.

poor customer service and poor picture quality (very VERY blurry) on certain shows, really disappointed as I have been a customer for over 2 years but they don't reply to your emails

They made me give bank details, but now won't let me log in and I cannot cancel my subscription as I cannot login. I cannot even get support as thats only given when logged in apparently. Feels like a complete scam that will be in the news very soon. Looks like this company is going to have lawyers on their case by many people if they don't fix their website issues very quickly.

The Hayu app is total rubbish. I'm only still paying for it because it's the only option! I've used on my Apple TV, iPhone, and internet browser, and it's useless on all of them. Every time you start the app and navigate to your show, you have to scroll back through ALL available seasons/episodes to get back to where you left off. Audio is completely out of sync and I'll need to restart the episode multiple times. Shows will disappear from my list for no reason and then magically appear again. If my husband hears me yelling at the tv, 100% of the time it's because I'm using Hayu. It's essentially unusable, as soon as there's another service for streaming reality shows I will be unsubscribing!

After 4 days of my free one month trial the app stopped working and won’t let me log in. I can’t log in to cancel my subscription and when I try to contact their support team I find I can’t do that unless I log in. I shall be very upset if I get charged for this and I will take further legal action.

To get through one show i generally have to refresh the page 8-10 times and sign in each time and this is for ever single episode. I'm now in the process of trying to unsubscribe but that too seems to be purposely difficult. Please just AVOID this terrible streaming service.

Update: OK so just when i thought the website was the worst part of hayu, turns out the app is even worse! Nothing plays, literally nothing! Reading the other reviews i realise I’m not the only one, TERRIBLE! avoid HAYU at all costs!!

Hayu is pathetic. Doesn't work most of the time." OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG" is their favourite message. Then they give you these so called FIX IT remedies that don't work.

All I have had are problems after problems with this streaming service and majority of the time I've been doing a free trial, I haven't even been able to access my account as it continuously told me my log in was incorrect when I knew in fact it wasn't. I contacted support and they changed my password after 2 emails and after finally actually being able to log in with the password they provided me after multiple attempts, I changed my password back to something I wanted. Once again I have gone back to log in with my new password and for the tho...

Hayu has potential to be better... a LOT better. For the price you pay, you'd think the money would go into a more reliable app. The app loads extremely slow on smart TV's and on my iPhone (sometimes to the point where I just give up) and it would nice to have a "continue watching" function on the main menu to access current favourites a lot quicker, rather than searching each time. If it weren't for the content provided, which I can't find anywhere else, I'd say bye bye.

The website is not developed properly, it keeps asking to sing in, if you click on a show you want to watch it won't open. Just an hopeless streaming service.

Total crap for a number of reasons. They have no lock in contracts but they ignore you when you try to unsubscribe, took nearly 4 months to get rid of them and the whole time I couldn't even log in.
Finally got a response and they said they would not refund any money paid (well not paid but taken), had to send them a bunch of screen shots proving I had been trying to unsubscribe the whole time. Sound like a bit of a scam?.... Stay clear....

If I could get the shows I like on another app I would. I'm constantly asked to change my password as it is incorrect (it isn't).
When I finally log on I can't watch the shows as there is usually an error message.
For example NETWORK
The browser refused to complete the network request - 0030_0000_0298.

Very frustrating to be paying a monthly subscription for an app I can only use approx 80% of the time.
Very unreliable.

Incredibly buggy. Constant error messages. Website often crashes or won't load at all. It doesn't remember your log in details properly, asks you to log in over and over, asks you to accept cookies every time you visit the site. Often forgets to keep track of where you're up to in a series. If the content I want to watch was on a different platform I'd immediately jump ship.

When it works its great. But it constantly crashes or just doesnt work, never remembers your log in. Never remembers where you are upto on a show. Its a joke. If the content i wanna watch was on a different platform id ditch it tomorrow.

Constantly crashes or doesn’t load & is actually doing my head in right about now. Is the only place I can binge watch some of my favourite shows. I think with that in mind Hayu definitely needs to upgrade & sort it’s self out cause it makes me not want to use it.

Signed up to Hayu yesturday so I could binge watch TV shows. Have the account signed into my TV with no issues however "password incorrect" when trying to sign into the laptop. Have attempted numerous times to use the "forgot password" link however is not sending to my email address, have attempted numerous passwords even the one saved to my TV and still not working. No costumer support what so ever.

So many issues trying to get this app to work. Even when you contact support they don’t get back to you but are happy to keep on taking your money.
