Excellent support
Amazing support. Daniel from the support team solved an error i kept getting on Android TV in a jiffy. The email support felt like chat as it was the replies were pretty much instantaneous. Back to binge watching Better Call Saul

Amazing customer service let alone great shows!
Emailed Stan regarding a billing enquiry. Received an email straight back stating I would receive a call within 15 minutes. True to their word, Alyssa from Stan phoned back and far exceeded my expectations all round, with her friendly, professional service. I can't even remember having service this good from any business I deal with!

Genuinely good customer service from this company & good entertainment value
I've had STAN for a month now and I'm finding there are lots of good stuff to watch. It seems like they're adding new content fairly often. I really like watching documentaries and they have a really good selection. Additionally had an issue with my card and account and Liam fixed it up promptly and gave me a free month!

Love Stan & their Customer Service
I love Stan as do my kids, great shows and movies for everyone's tastes and their customer service (especially by Alyssa!) is top notch! Also the price is amazing for all you get!

Very good customer service
I couldn't use the streaming service itself as I was not aware of the region lock. However my email asking for assistance was replied and solved in 12 minutes with my money refunded. Thanks Alyssa :)

Buffering a real issue
I have a 100mbps internet connection but I still can't get this service to run a whole episode of anything without it buffering several times. I can run 10hrs of back to back episodes on Netflix, Prime or YouTube with not a single issue. Some ok shows on here, but not sure, with the constant interruptions, whether it's worth continuing to pay for this service. 2 stars from me, but 4 years on and it still hasn't improved, enough is enough.

Excellent technical support.
I could not recommend the service from Ken at Stan’s tech support more highly.
I have never experienced a faster first response and speed of fix in 30 years.

Fantastic staff
I couldn't recommend Stan highly enough.

Worst streaming service ever
Worst service I have ever used. Slow service, had to use an app which shut down ALL THE TIME. Shows nowhere near as good as amazon prime or netflix. Save yourself the hassle do not pay to watch something you never wanted shutting down when you load it. 0.5/10

Nothing to rave about
Lately it seems all new movies added are mainly foreign films. If I wanted an abundance of foreign films I would watch Netflix. Looks like it maybe time to cancel my Stan subscription

Almost unwatchable
Have major buffering issues, even in the lowest playback setting. No issues with Netflix, Youtube or any other app. Contacted supported who told me to go through the basic checks on their website which was no help. They told me to go talk to my internet provider...there is nothing wrong with my internet!! Useless!!!

Hi Greg, you should see our menu bar options, including TV, movies, Kids and "My List" up the very top of your screen. However, this is dependant on the device you're using. May we ask which device you're streaming on?

I am keen to sign up to Stan but am concerned I wont be able to successfully navigate the technical steps necessary.I have a Sony KDL 40v5500 digital TV and a Sony 4K UHD device installed by my son in law which allows us access to Netflix, I view, SBS on demand, YouTube etc.
Can you point me to instructions from go to wo to get started with Stan? I am not very good with technology!!
