hi, I have set the timer and the temp, I have made sure the transparent slide is locked down but my airfryer wont heat up. No lights come on, any ideas please?

No, sorry no suggestions on that issue. I tried two of this brand air fryer but ended up sending them back as the surface coating peeled off after a few times of use. I have a Philips air fryer now

Ive just received this product for my birthday. We tried with frozen chips- first chips were nice but a bit soggy. With the second batch - they looked soggy so we put extra 4 mins however the machine didn’t work. we’ve tried another powerpoint and also letting the machine cool down in case. help please, we want to keep using the machine!

We find that when the air fryer is ready to take the basket out - the handle comes off which is quite dangerous. When the air fryer is cold this doesn't happen - is there anything that can be done. This has been happening since we first started using the air fryer.

Hi you must move the transparent plastic near the handle downwards because that is the lock. You only unlock when you need to clean the basket.
We do that. It is down as far as it will go, but the handle still comes off when it is hot - it must contract when hot and expand back again when cold.

I've just received my healthy choice 3lt air fryer.... how do I take the basket out of container... it says press release button?? Help

There is a transparent thing that you can move up down. Slide it up then press the black buttom to remove the basket. To close it you must also lock it by sliding down the transparent thing just near the handle.
