Is it possible to increase or decrease the temp of the pot to, for example, sauté onions?

Nope I don’t think so. I’ve only sautéd onions at the beginning of a cook before adding the rest of the ingredients in - as instructed in one of their recipes provided

Even the agent Lenoxx does not have spare pots. The only brand that carries spare pots is Philips and Instant Pot as far as I know

Hi, I just substitute the 'cook' button with the saute button on Instant Pot and everything else works pretty much the same as an instant pot. So I use Instant Pot recipes without any problem now. Also, if you have the time, let the steam out 'naturally' by just turning off the pot from 'bb' warm mode and letting the pot rest. After an hour release any remaining pressure and the job is done. Obviously, if you want to eat staright away, release the pressure via the valve.
