Good cooker

published

Since 2003 I've only since had to replace what I consider a premium cook gas top. ! I replaced it as it is premium from the ground up! given the overhead quasar extractor leaked in a storm damaging the electrics !
For a gallery style Kitchen these are fantastic, I've had mine jetted to LP gas at very little cost !

Quality cooktop

Had this unit for 2 years now. Feels like a quality product. Excellent flame heat, as well as a very low flame heat option. Lost a couple of lock down nuts early on, put we're replaced with no fuss

Great so far

We have had it for 4 weeks now and it works great. Three burners is all you really need and cleaning is very easy thanks to the great design. We have had no issues with it and I'll update again after we have been using it for more time. They are expensive though which is the downside. We also thought we had an issue with the ignitor but it turned out to be a switched off power point, the customer service we received was great when we thought we had an issue, luckily we realised what the problem was before the technician came out.

I have only just purchased and installed the 3 burner gas cooktop. I am having problems cleaning it. After 1 week of cooking it is already looking old. I used Windex for glass and a stainless cleaner for knobs, etc. Very disappointed at this stage. Please let me know how to keep this clean. I am also trying not to have any overflows, etc.

We bought the stainless steel version not the glass one and it seems to be pretty easy to keep clean, I'll have another look to see if there are any issues when I go home tonight

I've had mine since 2012. It still looks like new.
I'm fanatical about cleaning & use gumption.. a white paste if heavily soiled or surface spray if light..and polish dry with cloth.
My recent mistake.. something stuck to the gas ring & I couldn't remove so scraped it with a knife .. now I have silvery gouges which I'm really unhappy about ...

I am looking at purchasing ht3ssl or n. Have you got the black ceramic, is it easy to clean? Which range hood have you got for this? Thanks

We have the stainless one (I think this is what the ss means stainless the l and n are LPG and natural gas), the stainless is easy to keep clean. I went with a Schweigen range hood on an island bench which seems to work well the model was IS4160SP, they are pretty expensive and hard to fit on a raked ceiling island bench so do your home work with installers if this is what you are doing.

its around $2000 new. $1799 when on special. make sure you get the natural gas or LPG as required. it comes in two models and they are not duel fuel. I got mine from a HN seconds store with couple of scratches for $1200.
