Overall, fantastic car; perfect for errands and safe for longer drives. Hold it's value well, which is great for reselling. Definitely recommend it for 18-25 age group as first car :)
Totally love this zippy car. Fits in all parking spaces, very fuel economical, good looking and keeps its value. Very spacious for it's size; plenty of room in the boot. I'll have a Jazz over a Corolla any day!
Could do with a bit more grunt or take off, but it's not all that bad for a small car. Few plastic things have fallen off and I don't know where they are meant to be attached to.

Excellent car, slightly more expensive than other comparable models but the workanship and design features from Honda are worth the price.
fuel efficient, roomy for a small car, low servicing costs, reliable, love the extra space provided by the back seats, engine has never skipped a beat
a couple of plastic items have broken their connection (main one is rear lower spoiler bracket, blind spot created by front bars as mentioned by other reviews.

A fantastic car! looks great, very ecconomical on fuel and it has a great boot size. I can easily fit my large labrador dog in the boot which is unusual for a small car.
I love the size! The Honda Jazz looks goods and goes well. We have a steep hill by ours and lots of cars struggle with the ascent, but my Jazz makes it no trouble. The sound system gives a great sound too. Storage in the car is well thought out, and the boot holds loads. Back seats fold down flat, making the boot a really good size for a small car.Very ecconomical on fuel.
My Jazz doesn't have a connection to use my ipod through the sound system, but that could be because mine is an older car (2002)

Fabulous, great choice.

I love my 2007 which I have had now for 4 weeks. It is perfect for what I need. It is small, meaning cheap to run and easy to park, but inside it is huge. I love that the back seats flip down completely flat making a massive boot, brilliant as I run a small business and need lots of space in the back to put stuff in. It is fantastic as it has enough power in the engine, even with the variable speed, which tends to have slower take off. It has a 1.5L engine not the 1.3L mind.
Cheap to run, easy to park (dosn't need sensors that I was thinking of getting), very versatile boot/back seats, good visability. Just about everything really.
No cruise control (I am saving for that).

Great car to a point

I loved my '02 Honda Jazz VTI, I travelled over much of Queensland with it, I still have not seen it's equal for storage when the seats are collapsed.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone however, constant issues with the bearings in the wheels meant it suffered mechanical failure associated with it after 130, 000k.
Fuel Economy, Rear seats
Had the bearing replaced on all 4 tyres outside of warranty over the course of the 9 years I had the car, plasticy interior, no cruise control. major blind spot on passenger side, had many near misses and 1 accident. Paint chipped on bonnet from a stone

Great first car. Great car for single or couple. Definetly not suitable as family car. Zippy and great purchase and resale value! I love my Jazz!
GREAT fuel economy! Good amount of power for a car of it's size and engine. Safe. Great to park. Comfortable ride!
Very heavy drive with 2-3 passangers. Keyless locking is noisy.

You sit very upright in the Jazz so it was very comfortable while pregnant and it fits a child seat, pram and everything else we take with absolute ease. A prefect car for the times of high fuel prices!
We get 5.9l/100klm out of our Jazz and after 31k in 1.8 years the car still feels like new. Space is amazing (we call it the ute with a roof) as it is helped us move twice! Awesome turning circle makes it a dream to park.
Tyres could be better.

Excellent vehicle for the price. I would buy another one. I would recommend it to single people or couples rather than families.
I really enjoy driving my Jazz. It is economical to run, always reliable, easy to park, comfortable and roomy.
The tyres are too narrow and you can feel bumps, etc. in the road. The back seats are not as comfortable as the front ones.

I would recommend the VTi-S to anyone who wants a cute little car with heaps of room, especially with seats folded down to pick up large items. So far new tv, dishwasher and washing machine. It's such a pleasure to drive and after a year I'm still in love with my car!
I love my VTi-S and so do my 4 daughters. I have taught three of them to drive in it, they all got their licences and ALL of them want to own a Jazz one day. I bought the auto model and am very happy to relax and enjoy the ride.
You do have to be careful with the Sports kit. We've all managed to scrape gutters. Yes, even me! The take off speed can be a little delayed at times which can be dangerous when entering roundabouts and you don't get the speed you expect.

On e of the best cars we have had, we have hit 2 dogs, a roo while doing ll going 100km/h. driven thru flood waters and driven on 4WD tracks, and it is still going fine. It is roomy for a city get about and has a good fuel rating, it can do 100km on 5-6 litres of petrol, we once drove from Ipswich (west of brissy) to the south west side (home bush) of sydney with out stoping for fuel. I would recomened it to anybody. P.s it is fantastic for the oldies. have a great time car shopping everyone.

the factory tyres are crap, they don"t grip. Fail its saftey test (has a 2 star NCAP rating)

My first impressions of the Jazz (on sight) were that was a ladies car, perhaps because I happened to see a metallic pink version. After being persuaded by the missus to invest in one and can say that I was completely wrong.

We opted for the manual VTi-S in a, very boyish, metallic blue finish and I couldn't be happier. It handles like a dream, is compact enough to be able to go anywhere and is light on fuel. We've now had it for 6 months and haven't had a single problem with it.

It's great for cruising around town and for hitting the open road. And it has enough room for our day to day activities.

I bought my Jazz Sports 6 months ago, trading in a 6 cyl commodore. It was sold on Honda's when my husband was hit in his Honda CRV 12 mths ago and rolled 2 1/2 times and walked away. We replaced his CRV with a new CRV and after 6 mths decided it was time I had a Honda too. The fuel economy is great, I love driving my Jazz. It is easy to park. I drove it from Sth Australia to Vic and back, a 2000 k round trip, it was great. The car is deceptive I was really surprised by the amount of space inside the car. I have plenty of room for shopping in the back and if I need more room the seats fold down making a huge area in the back.
The fuel economy.

Best little car around for many uses due to magic seats. I have had a large recliner armchair in it and also bunk beds for the grandchild.I have now done 110,000k since 2003 and have only had one change of battery.
economy, performance, reliability, load carying ability
A little slow off the lights

Hi Rob, I had 2006 manual Jazz. It was great so I bought 2009 manual Jazz. I still have that one, nearly 200k and going strong. I also bought 2017 Jazz auto and it is rubbish. I will never buy a Honda again. Hope this helps. Bruce
