Perfect but dosen't have HDMI connectivity

published

Good quality lcd display for connecting computer via VGA cable. However, since purchasing a Macbook early this year, this has immediately made this monitor obsolete. Anyhow, there is a work around by using an adapter and it seems to work fine with an excellent refresh rate. Would highly recommend though!

Purchased in November 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$349.00.

Overall the HP EliteDisplay E221 is a fantastic monitor. I have been using mine for over two years now and it has not missed a beat. There is an in built web cam with is great for skype, I am not sure if it full HD but the quality is good.

Excellent full HD 23" monitor

published

Great value monitor. Light, adjustable, bright with fair color fidelity and excellent connectivity. Quite amassing what $230 can get you these days. Text is sharp, adjustment options are good, and the color can be tuned to display true white. It is a full HD native resolution monitor which means a lot of desktop space. I compared it with more expensive monitors and could not justify the price difference; in fact, this HP displayed better text compared to more expensive monitors. Color fidelity was similar. Viewing angles as well.

Price, great brightness and decent text and color fidelity.
Viewing angles are in line with its low price -> not great.
