Do you keep spare parts as the clip part that fits into the actually mop that is on the end of the handle broke while trying to take the mop off so I can't use it now?

Hi Fredo, the best way is to stand on the mop head (the fibres, not the plastic) with a foot on either side of the mop and simply pull the mop handle up. It should pop out easily.

Hi, the Hurricane Spin Mop will work on laminated floors. The microfibre fingers do not scratch surfaces.
We have polished wooden floors so can only comment on them it worked well on the wooden floors and the tiles in the bathroom but if you have pets make sure you sweep or vacuum first
