On my 3 rd mop purchased from Bunnings, they have exchanged it every time but it’s getting annoying. After 1 mth it starts only spitting out half the amount of water so annoying. I only use water and vinegar in mine as I have timber floors. It just drives me nuts. Have tried a different brand to no avail. What am I doing wrong ??

This is a very handy mop to use on all of my hardwood floors in my home and I was extremely disappointed when I could not use it any more

After going to the Bunnings Store where I purchased the mop I was told that the water bottles could not be purchased separately and was advised to contact Sabco direct

I recently received a phone call from a very nice lady by the name of I think Anna in Customer Service who has responded to my email request

I was absolutely amazed when told that 2 water bottles would be sent to me compliments of Sabco

I also had same problem with spray. Was thinking l had a while. But after reading your comments on cleaning though will give a go. Was still only partially spraying. Well l though take apart completely nothing to lose except cost of new one. Anyway it worked complete dismantle thorough clean. Perfect

I bought this mop the Sabco spray mop from Bunnings approximately 12 months ago, and found it to be very useful when it was working, however it has stopped spraying, I have tried to prime it via the video but it still isn't spraying. I can't get out to take it back to the shop because of being over 70 and the Coronavirus outbreak.

Started off great but then I did use it for a couple of months and when I went to use it there’s a crack where the bottle goes into the unit itself very very disappointing would probably not buy another one

Cleans really nicely and sprays nicely however it leaks all the water out every time I hang it up. I have checked the bottle is secured properly but no change unfortunately. Going to buy a different brand..waste of money in the end because I don't want to have to fill it up each time.

I have had this mop for about 8 months, I looked after it and was very happy. Easy to use got over the floors with ease. I went to use it last week and the spray would not work. I purchased at Bunnings.

Worked well for six months then stopped. Took it apart and found a cracked non return valve housing. Made in China out of America . I bought it at Bunnings. Materials are not up to scratch and Sabco say no parts are available. There only fix is to give you a new bottle when China is back on line. This would not fix the issue as it is the spray mechanism housing. Loved this product when it worked.

I've been using this mop for a couple of years - I'm fastidious when it comes to keeping our new bamboo flooring looking clean and spot-free. The mop does the job and is easy to use. When the bottle sprayer became blocked I had excellent customer service from Sabco. A helpful and friendly company which is easy to access via email or helpline phone number. Thanks Sabco!

Hi. Several years ago I bought a green sabco spray mop. I love it it does the job really well. When we moved house to a place that was mostly tiled I decided to buy a second mop and keep the original for use in the master bathroom/ensuite. The second mop bought three months ago has stopped spraying. The problem is not a blockage at the mop head but seems to be the actual spray handle mechanism. I am very disappointed and did not keep the original receipt as I was positive it was what I wanted. Any suggestions? P.S. It was only used three times before it 'died'.....

This mop was really helpful good product produced by sabco. But we used this mop once and the second time we tried to use it, the sponge had came off. No one had broke it but it we didnt know what happened.

I mop a lot and quite happy with your average blue mop (no fuss) and I thought I'll upgrade and buy your green slate and tile mop with bonded stitching. However, I was very disappointed as the head keep spinning when you mop which makes the handle very loose. I took me longer to mop as I have to constantly tighten the handle not to mention I also have to tighten the upper part of the handle (not sure what you call it, it's the one with the hole so you can hang you're mop) once as it also became loose. Just wondering if you have actually tested the product or the handle is faulty or too small for the head mop?

cant get it to spray nothing coming out of the bottle can you remove the part that fits in the handle to clean it or do you just throw it away it was a costly mistake buying it

Absolute piece of crap. Have to push down on the bottle with my hand otherwise it stops spraying after a couple of pumps. About to fold the poxy thing around my knee and belt it up the street

When releasing the handle to spray water the device squeals (like a pig) from the nozzle outlet, we have 2 for our yoga studio and they both do it. We use h2o and a little tea tree oil. We have had them for about 4 months.

The mop is really easy to use. The spray function is useful and concenient. The micro fibre head picks up a lot of dirt. Handle is comfortable and the mop head is super easy to maneuver.

I bought this mop to replace an existing one which had a bucket.
I love the ease of its use, how you can fill up the tank and its always instantly ready for use. I don't need a bucket anymore. The fibre fabric is very good quality, cleans surface well and doesn't leave much moisture. Floor dries out very quickly however for the tough stains i have to rub it multiple times.

I would suggest to buy a spare cleaning pad.

I bought this mop to replace a steam mop which had just broken. I could not justify spending the $$$ on another steam mop. I wasn't expecting too much from a spray mop but this product has more than exceeded my expectations. You can fill the spray bottle with hot water so you don't need to use harsh detergents. The mop cleans my tile floors just as well as my previous steam mop, for a fraction of the price. Fantastic spray mop - highly recommend.
