Liverpool Hypoxi Studio staff are supportive and so helpful with information about your session and diet plans. They are also fun and encouraging throughout. I've been doing Hypoxi for a while now, on and off. This method suits my lifestyle and when you give 100% commitment (eating in moderation) the results are amazing. I have lost several centimeters and dropped two dress sizes. I love how low impact exercise and vacuum technology works. The studio has a great vibe, its always clean, you can watch TV or listen to music and free WiFi is a bonus.

Tam at Hypoxi Goodlife in Adelaide city has been truly amazing! She is engaging & provides wonderful customer service. Incredible how this low impact vacuum technology actually really works. I saw fast results within 3 wks obviously following a healthy diet and HIIT training 2 to 3 timetimes per wk. Though the results of cellulite appearance have been remarkable and I know with continued healthy active lifestyle in combination with Hypoxi, I am well on my way to combat those tough areas that women hate the most will diminish significantly allowing me to feel alot more comfortable come the summer time. I did 2 months in Hypoxi Sandringham (3 sessions per week) and overall I lost 6 kilos. I didn’t do any other form of exercise, I was just trying to eat less carbs.

Hypoxi does work, you just need to commit

This was a fantastic thing to do during winter for me. The sessions combined with the diet have given me great results, losing over 40cm in just a few months. My long term hamstring injury has also improved. The studio at Goodlife Westbourne Park has been very accommodating and friendly.

Results were better than I expected especially around the tummy area. The Liverpool staff are very professional and supportive. It isn’t strenuous but you still feel like you’ve worked out.

Always feel great after a Hypoxi work out and it helps to maintain my weight goals and tone up particularly that troublesome tummy area post children. I find Liverpool staff very helpful.

Hypoxi Liverpool is an excellent studio to help achieve my weight loss and fitness goals. The staff are friendly and very good at what they do. I always look forward to my workouts and feel very good after I am finished. The studio is very clean and modern. I have no hesitation in recommending this studio to friends and family.

I start my hypoxi journey almost 4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I lost 10 across my tummy, hips and thighs and this was only in my second week. I am so glad that I invested on hypoxi at the end of each session I fell absolutely amazing.

After 6 weeks @ Liverpool hypoxi studio I have noticed massive results for minimal output. There is an area for you to allow you to bring along your kids, which makes it so much easier to commit. The girls that work there are supportive and friendly! I’m hooked...

Can't fault the girls at Liverpool. They are so friendly, welcoming and professional. Will recommend this to anyone wanting a l oiw impact style of exercise. Parking is great and the studio is clean and well maintained.

Found this little gem hiding in my own suburb wasn't aware there was a hypoxi studio in liverpool it's a modern studio with a cosy atmosphere. Making the initial phone call was probably the hardest but the ladies were so nice, friendly and welcoming it was the best decision. No more sweating it out day in day night at the gym, perfect for people with busy lifestyle and little children as it offers a play area for the little one who are supervised at all time. Winning situation for all.

After having a baby is so hard to lose weight and come back to your previous body, but hypoxi helped me to lose weight and gave me back my shape, so so happy!!!

I started hypoxi at the Liverpool studio this week and I believe it’s a fantastic workout to combine with a healthy diet that subtracts carbs, sugars and unnecessary vegetables/fruit. It works effectively with my life and I believe the results are great as my husband has lost 15 kgs in 2.5 months. The staff are so helpful and I believe I can achieve my goal!

I started Hypoxi 4 months ago and within that time I have lost over 8kgs- using both the hypoxi and diet guidelines ( no sugar, carbs etc) I am feeling fantastic and extra fit as a Mum of 2 - this has really helped to kickstart a healthier lifestyle as well as toning my tummy and thighs - I will continue my sessions to maintain

I've been going to Hypoxi at My gravatt Studio, since the end of Jan and every time I go i am always welcomed by the staff and i always feel comfortable. The staff are wonderful and always understanding, the machines work great and i always enjoy using them.

HYPOXI Studio Macquarie is a great team! I lost 2.5kg and 11cm in one month! You won’t feel like it is hard to exercise 3 times per week. Besides, they have nice people to help you stay on track!
