Have ADSL+2 without problems. Accounts have always been accurate. Always had helpful staff with occasional technical problems that I have had. Been with the company for around 10 years.

I like Internode's customer service so far, compare to other telcos - and their nodeline product is reliable. I also like their call back service (if I wait for too long in their customer service queue), they will give an option to call me back for free.

would be great if they can give something cheaper than other telcos. I was dilemma in choosing between TPG ($50 ADSL deal + $1 for phone) and Internode (extreme ADSL + phone). I end up choosing Internode even though it's more expensive because I believe it's more reliable

I have been with Internode as my Internet provider for years, and I used to have Telstra as my phone provider only because I had foxtel. Now that I cancelled foxtel, I moved my phone to Internode, and my phone bills are like $30 less every month! Plus I am getting $10 discount on my Internet. GREAT STAFF
