Horrible Company
I bought a massage chair and it is not as described on E-Bay. On E-Bay they go by the name loftysports and not iYume. The chair is also a health and safety issue and is very rough on the back - it caused discomfort and injury. Others have also tried and agreed.
I was granted a refund by Paypal BUT, this company wants me to return the item first. The fault is theirs - a dodgy item, not as described and a health and safety issue. The item will cost MORE to return than I paid for it. Do not deal with this company!!!!!
They have this written...
Read more guarantee "We Fully stand behind these chairs as shown in our full money back guarantee." They only have 100% positive feedback, so they must dodgy their comments section - deleting any negative feedback or complaints. How can I be the only person that realized the massage chair does NOT do all it promises. I even called them before I bought to confirm all the things it did as a massage chair. The lady told me the same. I am going to get people to try it and write a review for potential buyers. Upset and ripped off buyer

Good Product But
I bought my iYume A55 massage chair from Costco. The A55, an entry model, was the largest one that would fit through a critical door, so it was an easy choice. We are very happy with it after a month.
It has the usual shiatsu motions plus air bags at the shoulders, arms/hands, and calves. It does not have the "L" rails for the massage hardware common to more upscale models, but the rollers go fully down the spine and there are massage elements in the seat that are pleasantly effective. The recline mechanism requires the chair be positioned w...
Read moreith substantial clearance from the wall for recline. The recline is all the way to the "zero gravity" position. There are multiple programmed sequences as well as manual and the controls have a decent range of settings, and 2 memory settings. The but in my title is that the operating instructions are in Chinese English, and while most of it is decipherable, aspects are poorly worded and located in unexpected places. I tried to get user-help from Sportsmate (the identified agent) by email, only to be ignored by direct email and then from their website contact form. Costco customer service contacted their own buyers who were able to answer my basic "how to do" queries. Once you know what it means it is almost obvious from the Chinese English, but until then some of us struggle. Buy an iYume and read the manual slowly from start to finish and you will find your answers somewhere between the covers.Questions & Answers
Does the chair come fully assembled? If not, how do you get it through a normal doorway??
It is mostly assembled although the backrest comes 'folded'. I had to open and 'recline' it and lay it on its side and then 'rotate it' (I hope that makes sense - on side, backrest through first) thr...
Read moreough a 780mm interior sliding door since there was insufficient room to position it to go straight though. It is about 780mm wide so some interior doors are too narrow; the highest part of the armrest looks to be about 740mm. Regular interior doors are usually 620, 720, 770, 820, 870 or 920 mm. Sliders can be almost anything. Exterior doors are usually 820, 870, 920 or 1020 mm so you should be able to get it inside no worries.Get an answer from our members
