A small job - 1 large item. Extremely hot weather caused a bit of a delay but the guys were very friendly. Price was slightly better than competitors and customer service over the phone was excellent.

Fantastic. Had to move contents from a large 3 bedroom home, Melbourne to adelaide. Most companies wanted to send my items by train and truck, but I wanted it there the following day not in a week.
Jake's were fantastic. Jesse was amazing at booking everything and able to answer all questions.
Eric and partner were fantastic. Sent me a message in the morning to let me know they were on the way. Were so polite and professional. Carried everything out carefully and packed the truck to fit everything. Worked so hard, a true asset to the company.
Arrived on time next day in Adelaide, everything arrived perfectly and placed into the house.
I wouldn't use another moving company. The best by far, and I have moved a lot.

I moved 2 weeks ago from and an upstairs Townhouse in Rowville to a unit in Ballarat. Furniture was removed over a balcony and heavy items down a 15 L-shape internal staircase. Professional no marks on walls or furniture no damages and very polite. So pleased I called and after reading the reviews online I knew my decision was the wright one.

we had to move on Saturday from Hoppers Crossing to Tarneit, our 3 Bedrooms house contents were delicate and very fragile but the professional removalists were very careful and made this job looks much easier the way they worked precisely.
and yes they attend in time and finish in time!!!

Jake and his team moved a three bedroom, two storey home for us. The two men that assisted were very professional, on time and efficient. They were fast, but very careful with all of our furniture.

James and his team moved our 3 BR house contents with stairs and difficult access both ends with care and professionalism. They arrived on time, worked swiftly with no damage, and were patient and hard working. The quotation and booking process was the easiest of all the removalists I contacted. Highly recommended!

I had a few office items that needed to be removed and dumped on short notice. I called them up and they provided me with an immediate quote. They arrived 2 hours later and were extremely fast and efficient with removing the items. The removalist was easy to deal with and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Moved stuff from storage to a one bedroom apartment, it was a 5 min drive i was happy that my stuff got there all safe and we had a bit of scare when boys got stuck in the elevator but all good at the end thumbs up form me

Helped me move house without complaint or damage to any items. Even though it was a bit challenging with a long walk to get items in/out of the house to/from the truck, they kept up the pace. Wouldn’t have been able to make the move without them!

Jake removals recently moved some furniture items from my parents home in the Eastern suburbs to my home is rural North Central Victoria. I would highly recommend them. They arrived on time, the two men moving the furniture took great care with every aspect of moving the items involved. One item posed difficulty due to the narrow doorways but they were unflustered by this. All items arrived perfectly and they were put in place with great care. A very professional move at a reasonable price considering the travel distance involved.
