It is only the Jarrah Vienna that they don't carry anymore

Only Big W carry the the Vienna cinnamon, I wrote to them, they said its a smart selling choice, I do not agree.

I phoned Twinings in Victoria. The lady said that it isn’t discontinued but it is up to Big W to order stock as they like. Someone else replied and said they ordered from New Zealand. It jogged my memory that nearly two years ago I did find it in Auckland during our Pacific cruise. If it gets to that point I will do a bit more googling for it

According to Jarrah's Facebook page, it is one of four flavours to have been discontinued back in May 2020. I managed to find some at Drakes at North Haven (the last in stock). Since then I have ordered some in from New Zealand where it still seems to be available. Someone from the company emailed me to say that it should be available from Big W (despite their online shopping site saying 'not available') and that I should keep checking. I will, but if the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer in Australia, it seems unlikely that that Big W will restock it. But worth keeping an eye out, nevertheless.

I rang them yesterday and it's the regular size that has been discontinued. 400g is available in Big W. She told me that my local store was out of stock until next week but I went there anyway. It was out of stock on the shelf but they cannot transfer had heaps on another display at the checkout process line so bought 2. It was also on special for $7.

Yes, I’ve been able to get it in the large size at Big W however it’s now packaged in a tin. Is it just me or does it taste a little different? I’ve compared with one in original packaging & I think it is.

The product has not been discontinued, it however has been removed as a line in Coles and Woolworths and Big W will be the sole stockist Australia wide. It will alo only be supplied in 400g (bigger) packaging. Big W do have stock issues currently.

Cheers, i got some from our local Big W but now they have been out of stock for 3 weeks. I rang them and they have no idea how long it will take to get more in. Closest Big W with stock is 90 minutes away. We will just have to wait

All my family drink this and now apparently being discontinued....big W have the vienna latte but thats all i could find and major supermarkets dont have them either. Even tho the taste is different its better than none. I bought ten for my family as they go thru it like no tomorrow. Not the same but it will have to suffice. Ps bought othet jarrah products n not keen on many of them. Goodluck ppls

I was told the same and am very upset I waited till I had run out to buy more. None left anywhere on Bayside apparently. Why discontinue something I know sold out regularly.

Absolutely no idea. You could probably work it out from the provided data. I don't care about caffeine, my initial post was about the taste and cost. There has been no improvement from Jarrah, and they keep swapping flavours in and out. How come Salted Caramel seems to have disappeared?

I wish I knew Maria65, gone from the the shelves. Unable to contact distributor to find out why!

There seems to a change afoot with Jarrah. have you noticed thsat they now have some of their products in larger containers now? The new containers are the same as the old packaging [which was infinitly a much better packaging that the new plastic things we are being forced to buy] So Maria 65, I don't know that that has really answered your question, just keep and eye out for the product you need in different packaging.

Producers of foodstuffs do like to confuse us, I don't think they have worked out that as the shoppers we can always walk away and leave their product on the shelf. Imagine what would happen if many of us did that.

Well Kazbar I stopped buying Vienna because the contents were never the same, sometimes to strong and next time to weak, I find latte is better now. But if Vienna is too sweet that wouldn't surprise me, I think Jarrah cannot have very good quality control at the factory.
