Very comfortable riding position with arm rests and seat adjuster. Lots of choices for different programs and intensities. Big digital numerals and display board as well. Nice and quiet too.

This is an excellent exercise bike and is equivalent to any you will find in a gym. Does not need power only needs manpower but no cables or chains. Easy to move around, ex programmes, easy to understand, adjustable comfortable seat and comfortable handlebars. Very reliable, has not given any trouble at all.
