This stationary bike delivers fitness at a good price
My husband who is in his late sixties has had a couple strokes that he has recovered from but wanted to maintain his fitness without having to go out to the gym. His friends were doing the high speed repetition bike exercise program and had found it to be highly successful, so it looked like a good birthday present. damage the carpet. Its easily moved and easy to use for both of us as the seat height and position is simple to adjust for each of us, he uses a computer for the time elapsed. Good quality and reasonable price but confusing operation.
Just got one of these bikes and it is overall very good quality. The manual that comes with the bike does not however go into detail on programs or what specific symbols mean on the bike. As such I found a couple of the programs very confusing to get started with.
