Waste of Money

I have recently installed a new JVC KD-R616 in my BMW which has factory fitted 4 speakers. I have added an Amplifier and a Subwoofer to the system and there is no amplifier for the speakers and therefore there is no sound coming from the speakers. Only the subwoofer is working and I have to intall an amplifier for the speakers too. This is not quiet working...When the FM is turned on all the speakers are working but when the CD or CD changer or AUX is used the speakers stop working.
