My husband bought the Kambrook Air chef Kaf 200 for me towards the end of 2020 when i plugged it into the power it shut the whole house power down i tried it in different power points and same thing, i have tried to ring Kambrook but always says the same thing their staff is in training go to the web site but no replies. All i want it a replacement so i can actually use my item
The clip has broken from the basket handle how do I get a replacement. The whole thing fell on the floor including the hot food. Please help I love my airfryer

Monica, of course you can roast a whole chicken if it fits into the fryer. I found the Air Chef too small for large roasts and I found it easier to just buy BBQ chickens.

Jenni, I'm sure you can buy dishes that will fit. I have not but I suspect if you take the basket to any of the larger grocery stores (Woolies, Coles, BigW, Kmart) They all have cook wear and just try the ones they have for size.
My air fryer is a week old and the timer knob has come off. It doesn't appear to be broken. is there a way to reattach it?

I would also suggest contacting Kambrook as this sounds like a fault.
But first check if you have the heat dial turned on, of course only if you haven't done this already.
How do I clean under the basket,seems to be a fixture. Just cooked chicken Kiev and garlic had leaked under the basket.
You flick the plastic on top of handle up, press button and it releases the basket... they are separate entities
