It’s an easy and convenient process, the pill arrived on time and the GP answered my questions too. I have to say though, I expected more inside the box. From social media it looks as though it comes with a pill pocket to store your current pack, some stickers etc. It didn’t even have any welcome information or anything, simply the pill box. As a result, I found myself being a bit disappointed when I opened it. I was planning on taking a pic and putting it on social, but on opening the box there was literally nothing to take a picture of!
Can’t give it a bad review as ultimately it does what it’s meant to do but if it doesn’t come with extra little niceties it feels a bit mundane.

I’m very pleased with this practical and convenient app. I had an informative consult and discussed some concerns I had with my current pill, ended up starting a new pill. I hope this app will pave the way for other online prescriptions for simple things, like eczema cream / prescription allergy medication. Delivery was reasonably quick, I have no complaints at this stage, hoping for a timely follow up. $55 a year is very reasonable when you consider that this covers the doctors fee, delivery and follow up consults etc.
