Bought a dvd from them via Ebay and it was not cheap. No tracking, nearly 2 weeks now and still no dvd yet others purchased from other people have arrived. When I emailed these people their answer was it will take up to 9 business days. When I put in a claim to Ebay as not received I got a message from them abusing me. I responded to that email stating that I don't believe they sent it, that it should have been sent with tracking etc, I then got another abusive response. How these people stay in business is beyond me. They are beyond appalling! And yes as of today still no dvd.

Ordered a Christmas present for my son when I couldn't find it in any stores. Easy to order, arrived promptly and before Christmas. Will not bother with the shops in future :)

The so called "service" you will receive from this criminal is beyond words. He is extremely rude and very proud of it, his website is overwhelming misleading and to him that is what he calls acceptable. Do not expect your goods to arrive on time or with a decent explanation, he will just throw it back in your face, like it's your fault! I gave this mob a second chance for some reason, just thinking that these things happen when you are waiting 6 weeks for a cd. Don't do it, there are numerous better sellers on eBay, even if you are local and think you can't go wrong. YOU CAN!

Very rude customer service. Misleading delivery times. Condecending, rude and arrogant response to delivery inquiry,
belittled and lectured when the initial delivery estimation was weeks over due. Very expensive. Appalling Customer Service. Apparently the customer is always wrong. Don’t be fooled by the estimated delivery when purchasing.

I've used these guys for a few orders now and have had really prompt postage and no problems as at all. Everything was well packed and everything arrived on time. They even had a couple of hard to get titles. I'd looked everywhere for them with no luck.
Would certainly recommend them.

Same story as the others. Advertises item then claims it was a pre-release even though official release date was before it was advertised. Waited 4 weeks. Then claims it was sent from Melbourne. 5 weeks later (that's 9 weeks from the order date) item still has not arrived at Click and Collect destination but seller claims it is there. I've checked twice. Ebay transaction doesn't show up on my orders. Response sent to my email has Swiss address NOT AUSTRALIAN. Something dodgy going on here. Password changed. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

purchased 2 copies of an album off ebay from KisKash. Only one copy was sent. Still have not received the item, nor a refund after contacting them multiple times. Disputing through paypal resulted in reassurances that the item is being sent, so i (unwisely) closed the dispute. order date was 24 Oct, 2018. there is still so resolution as at 18 Jun, 2022.

I recently purchased dvd.s from kishkash and the packaging was excellent and they arrived ahead of delivery date. I have not bought before from this company but will do so in future as they are reliable

I had to return a DVD mistakenly purchased. KishKash were very helpful in trying to assist with compatibility with my DVD player. A refund was provided when I was unsuccessful. A very good and ethical company.

Looking for a hard to get DVD for my wife (anniversary gift) - found it at KishKash, placed my order on Wednesday, DVD arrived on Thursday - anniversary was the following Monday. Really happy with the speed and efficiency of KishKash - my wife loved it!!

False advertisement, deceived, my order was canceled without my knowledge. Pre order and estimated delivery time NEVER EVER match. AVOID.

Bought many DVD'S from Kishkash and have never had any problems whatsoever. They supply a great product at a great price and delivery is also very quick. Never been anywhere else for dvd's

Have been buying products from Kish Kash entertainment for at least 10 years. Products have always been delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I also find they stock some hard to find items that I cannot order from other companies in Australia.

Kishkash I've dealt with them since 2009 they have always been honest & patient with me prompt in delivery as well. I've been buying dvds from this seller for about over two years now and I haven't got any fault with them. They are very efficient and very prompt. I've always been treated with politeness and has always help me with getting the dvds that I want without any fuss. Deliveries have always been on time and at times I would receive the dvds earlier than what the seller said. Their promise have always been kept. I'm also impress with the way this seller pack the dvds as so much care is taken to do just that. Communication with this seller has always been a breeze. I have always been very happy shopping with this seller and I will certainly go on doing so.

An excellent seller with fast and efficient service. Great new dvds with some that are released much earlier than other stores. Some still being shown even in the cinemas. I highly recommend this seller. Not once has any of my many orders not been delivered. Can't fault this seller. Punctual delivery and delivers what they promise. Easy to communicate with makes shopping with them a pleasure. I am a fan of online shopping so I only buy with trusted sellers such as this one. I will continue to buy many more dvds/blurays books from this seller.

After waiting almost a month for a product from KishKash's eBay store, it still hadn't arrived. So i made a formal complaint, and this guy then claims he sent me the product but provides no evidence of having done so, and then gets all rude and sarcastic about the whole business. He basically just tried the old run-around, claimed it's someone else's fault, made me ring up the store it was supposed to have been sent to and so on.

Luckily, eBay found against him and he had to give a refund. There are so many other sellers on eBay, virtually all of whom are trustworthy and provide a good service. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mr. Kishkash.
