I weigh myself in the morning then will weigh myself about 2 minutes after before recording it to my Bluetooth. My biff is that within those two readings it can fluctuate between 2 kg. How am I suppose to know which one is the true reading? Very disappointed also under body fat scale under the drop down bar it has no readings in it it has a picture of the scales then body fat then underneath that unlink! What is this for and why is thr no reading

When I stand on the scale numbers come up and quickly disappear and Lo comes up. What does Lo mean? I have renewed the batteries but the same happens, quick spin of numbers followed by Lo.

The scale reading work on all our family except our son. He is 21kgs but it will not give his hydration/fat readings. He is the one I am trying to track as I want him to put on weight. Is there a reason only his comes up with an error message?

Emma, I wonder if your son is too light to register the body fat. The printed instructions do say 'Children under 10 or adult over 70 can only use the device under normal weighing mode.'

I don't know if they can be calibrated, but I do know that they are a really poor product. There is no on/off switch, and any batteries you put in will go flat in either a few days or a couple of weeks for expensive batteries.
I've just thrown my set out as I didn't keep the receipt.
Presumably pre-calibrated from the manufacturing company.

After I weigh myself the scales come up with an error and it doesn't show the %fat/hydration/muscle ect. I am not that heavy that I am overloading the scales. It doesn't matter if I use the app or not.
Edit: I'm following instructions to not wear shoes or socks, just bare feet.

Make sure you have no shoes or sox on, must be bare feet.
Dont try to sinc and save stats as this scale is useless to sinc ‼️‼️
Hi, you need to change yourself to male on the app. That’s the only way I could get it to work.
I did that and my body fat % dropped by about 8%! In about 5 minutes...

Hello. I have already installed the SenssunHealth app and have successfully linked the Kmart scale to this app on my iPhone. However, the app only records/provides weight and BMI.
How do I get all the other results or for the app to work to get them? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

The Anko Weight Scale did connect and showed weight on my Android phone. But that is all it would do. None of the graphing, report, history or trend features worked. I am taking g them back to the store after 3 days of trying to sort out the app. It seems a con job. I paid a premium but did not get the features I wanted.

Turn your phones Bluetooth on, and open the Sesssun-health app. In the app press the drop down menu on the left and click devices. Then tap the scale with your foot every three seconds so that something comes up on the scale, but not hard enough to register a weight. The scale should come up in devices, click to pair it.
It's stupid really but that's the only way to get it to work.
And you have to do this every time...
This works. Ignore the Settings page on your iphone and allow the app to find the scales.

I've got a huge discrepancy with the anko body fat %. I've measured myself side by side with several body fat scale. I'm normally around 12% body fat but the anko scale is saying 19-20%. I also measured my mother who is normally around 24% but the anko scale read around 36%. The weight, and muscle mass seems to be same but the water and most importantly body fat % is way off. I just bought the anko scale today. I'm deeply concerned about the body fat % and I'm not sure what to do next. Is this device faulty or something else going on?
