Is there any way to stop the low battery alert?

The LED indicator alert turns red to show battery is charging. It turns off when fully charged, which takes 2 hours.

A Blue light flashing slowly indicates the power is on. It stays this way unless turned off (press and hold power button for 3 seconds).

To stop the low battery alert you will need to make sure it is fully charged (2 hours) which will then give you a Talk time or Music time of >10 hours, or a Standby time >100 hours.

Hi. My headphones used to connect to both my phone and iPad without a problem. Just recently they haven’t been able to connect even if I go into the settings to manually connect them, normally they connect on their own. I’ve tried everything, turning them off, restarting both devices, and switching my Bluetooth on and off multiple times. Hope I can get some help. Merry Christmas!

Hi there.
This is a tricky one, as you've got two devices that aren't connecting to your headphones, but I can make a few suggestions that might help.
1) Keep them in close proximity to your headphones, I know you probably are, but just in case.
2) Power down likely interferers, those can be anything from a cordless home phone, or even an office phone, because they can interfere with the bluetooth connection at quite a rage.
3) Even office lighting can mess with bluetooth.
4) Turn on discoverable mode.
I do have a link to a help site, hope I'm allowed to add it here? It's not spam I promise..LOL

It could simply be that there's an issue with your headphones, and they need replacing my dear. If you've lost the warranty or receipt, try not to worry. so far as I know, Kmart bluetooth headphones aren't sold anywhere else, and if you take them in, and explain how much you love them, I'm sure one of the lovely store managers will replace them for free.
Hope you had a lovely Christmas, and if you haven't had any luck with your headphones yet, I hope this helps you back on you're way to toe tapping to your favorite music soon.

And Happy New Year.

try restarting both devices, headphone and other device connected to headphone. Reconnect the headphone via resetting the bluetooth connection.

If this doesn't fix please take it kmart for replacement or refund if still under warranty.

You can just turn your iPhone 5's bluetooth on and check in the settings if it can detect the Anko Headphones. If yes, try to go ahead and pair it. I can pair mine with my iPod touch 5th Gen.

Not sure if this headset is requiring to input pairing cod ( password ), which is necessary for BT devices to pair simmilar like Bluetooth from smartphones etc. Having said that it could be the default 4 or 6 digit number 0000 or 1234, Try that.

I think if they are empty and charging red light should be on. Blue is charged when turned ON only, no indicator while they are off. Use supplied cable for charging, also change the usb port it might be low powered the one u are using . Hope that helps. Vik

Hi, When my headphones are charging the indicator is red, they are fully charged when the indicator turns Blue. So it sounds like yours may be broken. Good luck

how do you pair it with a device?

Vik

Hey Jeff, pairing this headphones are somewhat easy. First you turn BT on the device u want to connect then firmly press and hold the middle button on the BT-headset (in my case button is not so responsive so good firm push and HOLD is required), Be patient, when you hear voice headset ON, and then after few seconds will hear - device connected. Mind though that on the device you want to connect your BT-headset it might ask to allow the device to get connected-paired. Hope that helps. p.s. You may want to use your fingernail to press and hold as button is to tiny.
