Arrived with stuck pixal right in centre of screen. Bad customer service as they didnt reply for over a week after they requested a photo of stuck pixel. Their policy requires 3 stuck pixels for it to be a fault even if it has just arrived. Therefore I had to pay for it to be sent back and to get a refund where I lose my shipping costs as well. Also terrible sound and speakers.

Out of the box found 22 channels but missed all channel 9 related frequencies even with a signal booster.
Audio is terrible - clipped high notes and speech - sounds hollow. Audio settings do nothing.
Picture is very good, crisp and clear with good contrast. Can't fault Kogan service - quick response to emails. Full refund under 14 day money back guarantee with no hassles.

The picture on this tv is crisp, vibrant and definitely is value for money. It was so easy to set up. Just plug it in and it finds all the channels. The audio isn't the best but good for a small tv. Probably the only downfall is Kogan did not send a instruction booklet with the tv but they do say you can download it from their website but who could really be bothered. For the money and if wanting a small tv for a small space this will defiantly do the job.
Inexpensive, Very easy to setup, The company itself is a pleasure to deal with.
