Fantastic tv I really like it
This tv is absolutely fantastic, I use it souly for gaming and nothing els and the quality is brilliant, everything about the tv is perfect except the motion max technology ( MEMC) could use some fine tuning. It is a perfect size for my room and I can't nane any faults. The price is the best I have ever seen for a tv of this quality and size and any buyer will not regret it. Fantastic

Good but the television has a small lag
Fast shipping and lovely television although the manual does allow for all modes to be understood. The TV has a small lag problem but it seems to be due to some modes on the television that are very hard to understand

Terrible product, terrible customer service, DO NOT BUY
Seeing as I did not get the opportunity to post my opinion of this product on the kogan website, i am posting it here instead. Poor picture quality, and dvd's were unwatchable due to blurry motion. I asked for a refund and it took no less than 16 emails over 7 days before kogan agreed to this and a pickup date for the tv was arranged. It then took 5 business days for my refund. I was asked to send photos of the tv when it was on, which Kogan then used to decide that the product was not faulty because 'it works', and I therefore had to pay f...Read more
or return shipping. Seriously unhappy with customer service offered byKogan and the poor picture quality of the tv. My old tv was the old bulky type that needed a set top box to get digital stations and the picture quality was far to superior to the kogan. It was not a reception issue as i recently got my aerial replaced and poor quality was very evident on dvd's. Do yourself a favour and buy a brand name tv from a retailer instead. Kogan is not worth the hassle slim design unwatchable picture qualitySimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Don't buy!
Moved from a 46" LCD to this TV. The boarderless design looks good and when you first turn it on you can't help but be blown away with the brightness
Then we noticed the stuck pixel in the middle of the display (bright white so shows up on most faces etc). Kogan will only consider replacement if you have TWO suck pixels...
Then we tried to watch some sport - anything that moves breaks apart appearing as a couple of blurs. Completely unwatchable.
So we switched to a nature program - great colours, until several pieces of bird flew across the screen - Yes the blur was back and the TV remains completely unwatchable.
Do not buy this TV!
Looks good
Anything moving blurs, faulty and Kogan don't care

It's just OK
Perhaps OK for the price, BUT:
* issues with connecting my Laptop (also Kogan) with the TV via HDMI (Kogan Support is trying to help)
* sound not satisfactory (but I didn't expect too much anyway, as it's hard to imagine good sound form a 3cm speakers, so let's be realistic here)
* PVR works, but the playback is not great (the picture not smooth); Timeshift works, but the picture cuts (the USB stick I use is from Kingston brand, and I formatted it via the TV)
* sound level goes down for a second (every now and then)
* picture quality - it's not bad, but I was expecting better (I had a 37" LCD before)
As mentioned above, not too bad for the price (I bought it via ebay, paid $640).

Hi Traci,
While your TV is an older model, you may wish to contact our Help Centre below. They may have spare parts available for purchase:
https://www.kogan.com/au/help/question/new/complete_question/
Alternatively, you can use a wall mount. Your TV is compatible with the 400mm x 400mm wall mount pattern. Please see the product manual for further information:
https://assets.kogan.com/files/usermanuals/KALED46BLSWB-A.pdf
Please find a link to our wall mount selection here: https://www.kogan.com/au/shop/televisions/wall-mount/
I hope this helps!
